Join Dr Heidi Horsley and her co-host Doneley Meris, along with guests Dr. Jill Harrington, Lindsey Whissel Fenton, and Greg Adams as they speak about superhero grief and the transformative power of loss. Doneley Meris is the Founder and Director of the HIV Arts Network and an adjunct faculty member at NYU and Hunter College. Dr. Jill Harrington is an Assistant Professor at Marymount University and serves on the board of directors for the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC). She is the creator and lead editor of the book "Superhero Grief: The Transformative Power of Loss." Lindsey Whissel Fenton is the creator of Speaking Grief and Learning Grief, and host of The Apologies Podcast. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance for Childrens’ Grief. Greg Adams is a Program Coordinator for the Center for Good Mourning and staff bereavement support at Arkansas Children's Hospital. He is the author of "Adam Gets Back in the Game: A Children's Storybook About Coping with Grief and Loss." All of the guests are contributors to the book “Superhero Grief: The Transformative Power of Loss.”
