Was at this concert as well - probably near this person videoing it. Everyone in that band was spot on and brought every tingle you you were looking for from the experience!
Fantastic. I was fortunate to Led Zeppelin live 5 times in my youth & this guitarist was the closest I've seen to Jimmy's playing ability. He was really good, as was the singer. Jason please bring your band to San Diego & we'll definitely come see you. Thank you for this wonderful video.
I seen them six days later up in Canada and I can tell you the band was awesome !! I cant even put it into words. It was a magical experience. Mr Jimmy is a guitar god and the true star of the evening !! Every move and every note was spot on !! Tony ( the fretless monster) Franklin on bass !! What a treat that was !! He played with Page in the Firm and the Outrider tour. When they played the Song Remains The Same it gave me goosebumps. I would consider myself up there as far as the biggest Zep fan in the world and I never had a chance to see them live. Also I have seen pretty much every Zeppelin tribute act on the circuit since the mid 80s and I can say that this line up tops them all. Now I truly have somewhat of a feel what it must have been like to catch the real band live. I think if I would have seen shows like Earls Court , Royal Albert Hall or The Bath Festival live I might not have survived the shear power of LED ZEPPELIN !!!!! Thanks so much for all you do Jason, I'm sure your dad would be very proud !!
Hey Jason-I noticed you hired a Chinese fellow who is slim just like jimmy. That looks pretentious, Jason . Looks like you are trying to bring back the mid 1970's, Jason. How could you get on your knees and do that praying hand gesture when you were pleading with the audience to demand another led zeppelin reunion? That looked like the fool in the rain.They did the reunion in '07 you should've just thanked Robert and jimmy and john Paul and just appreciated the fact they did that reunion for you. I hope you don't think they owe you more than that. I think it's time to be more of an adult.
We saw them open for Peter Frampton in Cincinnati on July 12,2019. we really enjoyed it and got really pumped for rest of the show would love to see again
I love the way the vocalist captures a lot of Plants mannerisms from the "song remains the same" version, was expecting Mr Jimmy to do that solo also but he went for the studio version. I always wondered whether Page played the studio version solo on the twin neck, I doubt it as the tone is quite different.

Peter Cann Page played the studio Stairway to Heaven solo on his 1959 Fender “Dragon” Telecaster that was also used on the majority of Led Zeppelin I.
