Me tooo...tbh I didnt even realize it was the Lord who removed the desire. I gave away my tv 8yrs ago & has never replaced it or have a desire to. I dnt watch the news & my family & others think I'm completely nuts. And I'm not a movie show persons. Persons often tell me how 'boring' I am, but that's ok. I knew the Lord was protecting me from the 'worldliness' that I can be so susceptible to. Sometimes I cant articulate these things until I read or hear someone else's testimony, so thank you 😅 Bless you guys

On the gift of tongues: I had to pray so much! And asked the Lord so many times to give me the gift of tongues when I was in my early 20s. Eventually, he did! And I pray in tongues throughout the day so much! Because it really helps when I don’t know how to pay or what the person I am praying for needs. I also know that it is a way of unlocking destiny and the scrolls all the books that the Lord has for us in heaven of our lives. There is teaching on this on UA-cam. Bless you and Adam Lots of love

A big part of the issue probably is that you’re asking for tongues and nit been asked to be filled the Holy Spirit. We should never be asking for tongues, instead we should be asking the Lord to fill us with His Holy Spirit, because tongues is not what we should be seeking it is the power of the Holy Spirit and when we are filled with the power of the Holy Spirit a.k.a. filled with the Holy Spirit, then we speak in tongues, for again that is the evidence that we have been filled. Stop asking for tongues start asking Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit, and once you are, you will speak in tongues! God bless you!

I really like your talk. I didn't realize that witches use radio songs to pair with their curses...makes you think about the power of secular music on your spirit. (which isn't good). Also I do find that people can be really productive and fulfilled when they work on projects or have discussions instead of watching TV.
Unrelated but just wanted to come here and say that God used your wedding playlist to minister to me the other day. I downloaded the playlist before I listened to all the songs. I'd been going through a rough patch of about 3 months where I had a lot of big questions that were causing me to stumble and I was allowing distance between God and I. Finally I reached out to a mentor and she spent two hours talking me through it. As soon as I got in my car afterwards, I put on your playlist for the drive home and the first song to come on was a medley with Reckless Love at the beginning. Since it was a medley it skipped the beginning so that the first words were: "There's no shadow You won't light up Mountain You won't climb up Coming after me There's no wall You won't kick down Lie You won't tear down Coming after me" Needless to say I was a bawling mess. That was the first of many "God moments" that week that helped me get back on track and feel His presence again. May He bless you both and your marriage!!

Sarah you are my new favorite youtuber! It is so hard to find good content on UA-cam nowadays. Your videos are super succinct, honest, and spirit filled. So many of these topics you have are what I’m going through and it’s like having an older sister who is a sounding board. For example, living in victory, living a spirit led life, sexual immorality, and Christian dating. After the spirit led video, it was the last thing that prompted me to just sit and rest, rather than think. I asked the Holy Spirit to clear my mind and quiet me, and have more of him. I asked him to show me he loves me. Then when I surrendered my body to the spirit, God MOVED my body. Physically!! He showed me a vision of little lambs and I pet little lambs. He moved my hand to anoint me, he anointed my entire face. Many more. But your spirit led video was what prompted me to finally give in and just sit, even though it appears boring. God is a relationship God. Thank you for showing who you are, sharing your wisdom, and inspiring women to draw closer in our relationship with God! I truly believe I found our content at just the right time!
Great video Sarah! I would like to suggest Christmas nativity decorations for your tree, if you are concerned about having a Christmas tree in your home. Personally, I love to have a real tree of about 6 1/2 foot high if possible: though that wouldn’t fit in my apartment this year as it is so tiny, and who knows, I might not even be in this apartment by Christmas, as my tenancy agreement has already finished, but I am legally allowed to stay here until the 22nd of December! I wonder where I will be after that? I will let you know ha ha God knows and it is going to be such fun! The gift of tongues

It was such a beautiful, perfect, and humbly put answer that I just simply don’t see many people who haven’t yet spoken in tongues give. Typically, you see those that haven’t yet spoken in tongues claim that it is not important nor is it something that every believer has access to which is contrary to scripture. I can 10000% relate to you in the sense that I really struggle with control and the idea that I could speak in tongues was so foreign to me. I have since decided to stop celebrating Christmas and I feel so much peace about my decision to not celebrate any pagan holiday. Amen! I was called out of the church system because of mixed worship, idolatry, manmade traditions, and adultery. Eze 8 and 9. 1 kings 12:26 on .. and jer 10 of course. This is why the church will be judged first. The cross reference for eze 9 v 6 (slaughter begins in my sanctuary) is 1 Peter 4:17 judgement begins at the house of God. I kept hearing "come out of her come out of her" as i researched the pagan origins .. rev 18:4 the Babylonian religious system. In the end, His kingdom will rule and reign and we will all be in One Accord as we finally worship father in spirit and in Truth 🔥👑💓

I believe that speaking in tongues is indeed a gift just as there are other gifts. I don’t believe everyone can speak in tongues though. Each part of the body had different purposes and so do different gifts of Christian s.
If you are filled with the Spirit you will speak in tongues, for it is the evidence that you are filled/baptized in the Holy Spirit. Therefore, if you are not able to speak in tongues (private prayer language) then you are not filled with the Holy Spirit. There is a gift of tongues and another there is a private prayer language of you guys that tells you that you are filled with the Holy Spirit. If you teach the Word of God you you need to be filled otherwise you should not teach until you are. So I hope yiu are filled now (since this is months ago), but if you are not you need to stop doing these videos until you do, for you cannot and should not teach the Word or be in other parts of ministry until you have receive the power to be in ministry which is the power of the Holy Spirit which is being filled/baptized in the Holy Spirt. This is what both Jesus says and is shown in the book of Acts. God bless you and please listen to this, but don’t take my word on it prayer about this and see what God’s Word says, again God bless and I hope all is well and that you are now filled with the Holy Spirit.
I had a concern about speaking in tongues. In the book of Corinthians chapter 13 verse8 says, (ESV) 'Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.' Also speaking in tongues was a sign for non-believers and not believers. 1 Corinthians 14:21-22 'In the law written, " By people of strange tongues and by the lips of foreigners will I speak to this people, and even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord." 22 Thus tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is a sign not for unbelievers but for believers.' This is what both Jesus says and is shown in the book of Acts. I had a concern about speaking in tongues. In the book of Corinthians chapter 13 verse8 says, (ESV) 'Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.' Also speaking in tongues was a sign for non-believers and not believers. 1 Corinthians 14:21-22 'In the law written, " By people of strange tongues and by the lips of foreigners will I speak to this people, and even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord." 22 Thus tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is a sign not for unbelievers but for believers.'
