I already made up my mind but this video was further encouraging. The ending reminded me to examine how the enemy is speaking to me in my own life. As a single mother (pregnant at 20) now waiting for my godly marriage I sure get a lot of discouraging thoughts about finding my husband and my suitability. I'm sure the enemy doesn't want God redeeming broken families.
A man married me after two previous divorces AND I had 3 children (1 out of wedlock at 20 with a high school sweertheart I never married before I found Christ, and 2 from those marriages) . Sometimes... life will throw you curve balls....but honey, when you wait on God... he will blow your mind. I lived celebate after my last divorce and was content with the idea of remaining single for a long while. I had already spent more than half of my adult life as a wife. But....God saw different. A man STILL desired me. We had twins and will celebrate 5 years of marriage soon. I went from husband to husband... with celibacy in between them. BE ENCOURAGED.....remain celebate. STAY in your Bible daily...and stay in God's face in prayer. Desire God more than a spouse....dont idolize marriage and stay busy for God and watch Christian marital content to prepare yourself to be a wife and to learn how to vet men from a Christian perspective. Stay away from "wedding day" content. It tends to exemplify your awareness of your singleness. I did this...cuz wedding content triggered me. Praying God blesses you with the man of HIS choosing😊❤.
I love this because you only ever hear Christians talk about their testimony like it’s a straight shot “oh I got saved and ever since then I was perfect” but you said how you relied on your own strength and messed up. Thank you for being so transparent because I experienced this as well

I love this so much. my husband and I were together for 6 years before we got married and we didnt do things according to Gods will for the first 5 years. at year 5 we made the decision to not live together, not have sex anymore, and dive into what Gods will was for us. it was really hard to do, but we took that next year to go about it in the right way and doing that allowed the space for God to actually bless our lives and relationship. we've now been married for almost 6 years and couldnt be happier with our decision to step back and work on our relationship before we got married. more people need to be talking about this. Thank you so so much! In my ex relationship I had the stricter boundaries (both Christians) and I felt so guilty for not meeting his sexual request. Needless to say that I am good now. And thankful that I didn't give in.

Thank y'all for being willing and obedient to God and making these vids the more your'e under attack shows the importance of whats about to be released and the enemy know that what y'all have to say is from God and will help many people, so the enemy brings up guilt and things from your past trying to distract/prevent you from doing Gods Will, but Gods Word will go forth and it shall not return unto Him void but it shall accomplish that which He please, and it shall prosper where I send it. (Isaiah 55:11) idk who"s this for, but if God has placed on your heart to do something or share something; do it! post it! share it! no testimony is too small its for SOMEBODY! and God will use what you went through for His Glory Amen! Although I personally don't subscribe to waiting till marriage to have sex, I think you bring up a valid point about using sex as a quick fix to avoid the issue to some extent and regain intimacy after a fight or argument with your significant other. It can definitely cloud your judgement and it's a much better solution to get to the bottom of an issue first and have a cooling off period before deciding to be intimate again.

I want to save myself for marriage and could not imagine ever going that far with someone before being married. But given today's culture I'm scared that when I do find someone, they will have a past and that I would struggle with that. It's almost the exception for someone to have saved themselves, I feel like, and that makes me really sad. I have been impure in other areas but for me it seems like sex before being married is a big thing, almost like the other person cheating before even having met. Is it wrong to want to find someone who has kept their innocence?
