You can convert a Japanese to a different region by using software on homebrew but it's very risky and can cause your wii to brick.

You can’t because the Wii is region locked. North American Wiis can only be in Portuguese, French, Spanish, and English.

@@SmallHappyOtter there's a region changer but it makes the wii soft bricked, I already tried it, it changed the language into English but you won't be able to enter the settings (because it's soft bricked) that's why I just put it back to JPN region. I already have 8 units now, 5pcs JPN, 2pcs EUR, AND 1 USA 🤦😂
