Whole Lotta Love: Royal Albert Hall 1970 Babe I'm Gonna Leave You: Danmark Radio 1969 Dazed and Confused: MSG 1973; Live in London 1969 How Many More Times: Danmark Radio 1969 Moby Dick: Royal Albert Hall 1970
Top 3 Zeppelin live from 1st 2 albums. 1. DAZED AND CONFUSED Live in Madison Square garden 1973. 28:57 version. 2. WHOLE LOTTA LOVE Live same concert. 3. BABE I'M GONNA LEAVE YOU. Denmark radio.
Favorite Led Zeppelin live shows: 1) Danmarks Radio live, 1969. 2) Dazed and Confused live at Madison Square Garden, 1973. 3) In My Time of Dying, live at Earls Court, 1975.
Dude! You gotta gotta gotta do Zep's 1973 Madison Square Garden performance of DAZED AND CONFUSED!!! * It's from a major motion picture, so the visuals are awesome. * You must watch all 28 minutes of it in one sitting. * Bring your ass, 'cause they will rock it off. * You will never be ready, so get ready!
Amazing aren't they? Yes next album! Then do the live...fabulous!! Live performances... Whole Lotta Love MSG 1973 Dazed And Confused MSG 1973 Bring It On Home Royal Albert Hall I think 1970 or 1971
One of the best live performances is from 1969, and I think was on Danish television. They do "Communication Breakdown", "Dazed and Confused", and "How Many More Times"...
Danmark Radio Show 1969, it was the very first time that they ever performed as "Led Zeppelin". Before that show they had performed as "The New Yardbirds".
What a nice surprise ha bro? At first is like wait??? Is this Zeppelin lol lol. Then they kick it up a bunch of notches!! Luv it bro. Keep going man. I’m subscribed to you. Rock on!!¡ and remember, these Guys are the 🐐’s of rock n roll 4 LIVE!! And PLEASE PLEASE tell me your gonna do Led Zeppelin 3¿.
The best live recordings of Whole Lotta Love ,Bring it on Home and How Many More Times are from the concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 1970. Heartbreaker is very good in Madison Square Garden 1973. Babe I'm gonna leave you is from Danmarks Radio 1969. A very early recording of the band.
Their live performances were legendary. They would always stretch their numbers, improvising all the time. They never played it safe, always pushing the limit. IMO, their 1973 movie, The Song Remains The Same captures them at their best. Suggest either Dazed & Confused or Whole Lotta Love from this concert, absolute next level
Silas this is your channel, we are all here to support you. Looks like you have hit 1k subs, and you are doing a great job at the mic.looking forward to the next reaction.have a blessed day.
LIVE FROM MADISON SQUARE GARDEN (69?) and LIVE FROM ALBERT HALL are the two “go-to’s” and are Legendary. However, “I CAN’T QUIT YOU BABE” is one of my fav’s. The “Dazed and Confused from MSG mentioned above is a MUST for any genre music lover.
I saw Zep in 1975 LIVE.....I am 67 years old.... it's great you kids appreciate GREAT MUSIC...... when my father used to play Big Band music...I used to laugh.... you kids aren't laughing....
Any live Zeppelin performance from the first two albums will be great for you to watch. There is one that shows off thier creative and improvisational skills better than the rest. Try the 28 min version of Dazed and confused from 1973 in MSG.
-Dazed and confused live at MSG 1973 (this one is 28 minutes long but totally worth it, you won't even notice) -How many more times live at Denmark Radio (which is like their first live performance on tv) -Moby Dick at the Royal Albert Hall For me those are the best performances from Led zep l and ll There are many other good live performances, but from different albums, you'll see later, like Stairway to heaven, Since ive been loving you, are some of the songs i'm looking forward to see in your channel (studio version and live version, theres a huge difference). Great video, keep going off dude!!
Dig your reaction. I'm 55 and watching someone get into the music I grew up with , well it's cool. Must do dazed and confused live msg in 71. You will trip on the solo!
I had the same reaction when I was your age around 1973 (except for the ring tone). You don't see it coming, then WHAM! I'm so glad you've found a song that I've rocked to for 50 years or so. Thanks from Colorado.
Saw Zep live in 73. 1st concert I ever went to, lol, and hard to beat. It still stands up. I’m not saying the 70’s were a better time, but there was certainly epic music.
How Many More Times live 1969! But won’t that get blocked? I’m not sure how that all works. I just know most of my live video stuff on my channel gets blocked or copyrighted. I’m sooooo Happy you are moving on to LZ III!!!💥
C'mon Silas! 😁 You gotta trust the process, man! Don't let those soft intros fool you...you gotta know by now that Zeppelin is gonna bring the rock! Lot's of bangers ahead yet!
Led Zeppelins first album in 1969 was my favorite, I was 17, I listened to it loudly many times a day. I think it might be the best album from anyone, I think that's why your subs has gone up. Pink Floyd next Comfortably Numb Pulse concert and anything from that concert is epic 👌
Moby Dick is defiantly a break between the excitement of Ramble On and Bring It On Home ,it does fit the album very well . .Concert Clips from Zep are mostly from Albert Hall ,,Knebworth 1979 and Madison Square Garden-- The Song Remains The Same 1973...Since you have already heard Whole Lotta love ,the clip from Madison Square Garden is great, as well as Dazed and Confused. .I don't want to suggest anything live you have not heard yet from a studio album ..
It's really difficult to pick just 3 songs off 2 albums, so I cheated a bit and picked 4. Even then, it was a tall order. ;) I like seeing their progression as a band so . . . "I Can't Quit You Baby" and "Bring it on Home" from the Royal Albert Hall 1970 concert (just a few months after album 2 dropped) are two I highly recommend. This early concert is more "raw" and less "glitzy" than concerts to come, but it was a phenomenal performance. It shows just how in control they were from the beginning, and that improvisation was clearly going to be their hallmark. To see them in action a few years later, their performances at the Madison Square Garden 1973 concert of "Whole Lotta Love" and "Dazed and Confused" just shouldn't be missed. They were on fire during that concert. Edit: It's very possible that you'll hit 1,000 subs before I hit the "comment" button, so I'll congratulate you now. Great job, Silas, and rock on! :)
HEy Silas, glad your gonna move on to #3, be aware that it's a little different than the first too but it's awesome, actually it's my fav. album, love it ever since it came out.
The word that describes this... TASTY! This album was my first NON-Beatles album. Nice hearing a kid the age I WAS enjoying it like I did! (I'm 68 now)
They only get better...if that would be possible for mortals. They are the GOATS! 1-Since I’ve Ben loving you 2-Stairway to Heaven 3-In my time of Dying! That is Robert Plant playin the Harmonica, his voice in the beginning was song through the Harmonic!
Favorite live song from song remains the same movie is dazed and confused live from Madison square garden 1973 it's 28 minutes long ask your father he knows what I'm talking about
I would recommend any of the songs off of these two first albums from MSG in 1973. But I would like to see you react to the entire move/album of Song Remains The Same. I haven't seen a reaction channel do it as an entire album track for track like you are doing. I think a lot of fans would enjoy it. I think there are some possible copy right issues but I have seen other people just blur the video ans seems to be ok. Just a thought. Love the channel. Keep it up !! Edit: do the album in its order of release to the public which is after House of the Holy. Thier 5th studio album.
Time to start getting some of the other powerhouse rockers from the awesome 60s and 70s rock scene. Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Rush,The Who,Jethro Tull, Queen, etc etc etc. The explosion of completely different styles made that time the greatest era for rock and pop.
How about mo' heavy blues kids? The into part seems like a direct throwback to the old American Blues singers of the 30's going forward, Robert Johnson, Howling Wolf, etc. Zeppelin was heavily influenced by blues like so many others. But just wait until you get to Zeppelin III. They turn another corner there, that's all I'll say. But certainly they kick it up a notch in concert.
Hi Silas!Ok,do LZ3,then,....get or search for the Led Zeppelin DVD.There is a live in Demark show(whole 1st album) and Royal Albert Hall(most of the 2nd album).High five that old lady of yours(i,e girlfriend) for the back drop 🙂

Silas? Silas here. THis 2nd album has such legs (sales-wise and review wise) that they called it "The Brown Bomber" for obvious reasons. It was a MONSTER.
Old timer here, I've never really cared for Zeppelin live, all their studio work is just to perfect. Live shows and videos don't do justice to the band. Just my thoughts youngin.
Today Silas will hit 1000 followers, and the kid has done a great job reacting to the greatest band of all time! Cheers🎸

My favorite live performance is Stairway To Heaven, Madison Square Garden 1973. It is simply art a masterclass in musicality & showmanship.
Royal Albert hall's performances are GOLD

Question: Silas, why don't you have your Dad come join you for at least one Zep reaction? He sounds like such a cool dude.
He is!!! And a big zep fan to boot! Good suggestion 😃
@Matt Bailey I agree he should 👍
"Since I Been Loving You" is the live version of Led Zeppelin in concert.

You should react to all the classic bands chronologically. I wish more reacters did that.

Nice job thru the 1st two albums ! Personally I prefer reactions to studio tracks.
Check LZ out Live at Royal Albert Hall in 1970.
I’m subscribed!
Why can you not split the week between two albums just to get more variety on your channel? It would be great to hear you react to some Pink Floyd.
Do bring it on home live1970 concert
You so cute with your reactions !
Watch out man... hold on to your underpants
Dazed and Confused at MSG is a life changer.
