that was a great deal!!! i find things at estate sales are usually a little pricey but this was a great buy! ahhhh the colors you are using even have halloweenie names lol!! i have never tried powder glasze either!! omgggg love the gold trasfer!! it looks sooo amazing!!

When do you know it’s dry with the humidity here in Oklahoma? It always seems a bit tacky
True story. It will feel dry to the touch. Plus I normally just follow the directions on the can. If it still feels tacky or wet I want even longer.
Could you do the sanding with normal sand paper as I don’t have a machine? X

Looks great! 🎃 do you find waxing on top after the satin top coat also helps with any streaking the topcoat might leave? I don’t have a sprayer so I have to use a brush and get anxious everytime I have to top coat a dark colour
For streaking you might try a coat of Howard Feed and Wax on top to see if that helps. Usually I have to sand and try again though when my topcoat streaks.

I sadly don't now how to finde cheap and wonderfull old furniture in my area of Germany.
I find furniture on Facebook Marketplace, garage sales, estate sales, secondhand stores, ans even for free off the curb

@@SabsRehabs Of the Curb sadly isn't allowed in Germany, because bulky waste goes from the last owner to the city who will collect and dispose, recycle or resell it.
