    Mr Z shares side bits of info like peeling the garlic after soaking in warm water and lime squeezing which not only makes him an excellent chef but a good teacher as well.

    I never knew that serrano seeds had a different flavor than other peppers. I've always overlooked them because of their lack of heat. I'm going to experiment with them tomorrow.
