  • Elevate the typical artichoke dip with a healthy dose of crab. You’ll thank me for it. This makes for the perfect snack for watching all those March Madness games. What is a viewing party without a cheesy dip?

What I love about your videos more then most is you just go with the flow and talk about the food and spend the time educating people. I love it

I don’t know if it a my family thing, yet I introduce this to everyone.
Steamed artichoke on just a plate with some garlic, lemon, butter to dip the tips in, as you peel the leaves off to use your teeth to get the bottom of the “leaf”. Then you get to the heart. Clean it up, cut it up, and dip in said butter you had for the leaves. My family has been doing this for at least the 50 years I’ve been alive.

Glad I found your channel, loved watching Bizarre Foods years ago! I have watched only 2 or 3 videos so far on your channel but I love how you explain why your doing things for people who are not that experienced at cooking like me. I also love how you keep it simple, not too many ingredients or hard to find ingredients. Only thing you mentioned so far that I was not familiar with was madeira. Thank you for all you do and your great content!

    Ahhh... no way! Really?
You have a UA-cam channel Andrew?? I'm at a loss for words. Wow! Needless to say, as many others, I'm a MAJOR fan or yours! As is my wife. There is almost no food channels I'd bother to switch two years back with the exception of yours. Bizarre Foods. And it's off shoots. Well and the late Anthony Bourdain. Oh the joy, excitement and humor you brought to the show. Was priceless.
Just noticed your channel and Subscribed, soon to watch some of your personal cooking videos! Alas sighs first, my Trout fishing trip tomorrow. Sorry A.Z. (if I may, sounds as cool as your program was) we'll promptly get back to your videos and spread the word!
If I may Andrew, I lived in a few countries, and met my wife in Singapore, we later moved to her home country the Philippines. Where she introduced to me one of the FEW foods you had a HARD time eating my friend. "Balut" and after seeing it in person many times. I just couldn't get the nerve. Give me Frog legs any day of the week but don't know about Balut. Did you ever get past that mental block to be able to hold them down?
Surely a pleasure to have found your channel Andrew!
