      You are commenting to a guy that will eat baby birds in eggs with feathers, some middle eastern meat product that has been soaking in fat for weeks or months, but says the worst thing he has ever eaten is SPAM.... I don't know if I would trust his palette.

      He has learned to do not sit in the chair of accusers, I cook his meals and are fantastical ❤ once you try to cook his dishes you will learn that Mr Zimmerman has a great and fine palate

    This is why restaurant food is ... different ... than what people normally cook at home.
    Restaurant chefs do not hesitate to use a whole stick of butter per one portion.
    This is the way the chicken and also pork and even things like cauliflower and even vegetable marrow (also called squash from species Cucurbita pepo) and what French call pâtisson are fried here in Central Europe. I do not mean the amount of butter, because we have traditionally used lard, I mean the flour, egg, breadcrumbs crust. Germans and Austrians have their Wiener schnitzel. Oh ... we also fry hard cheese this way. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fried_cheese#Dishes
    Do try to fry cauliflower or slices of vegetable marrow this way. Cut up cauliflower into florets approximately the size of a ping-pong ball and cook them in steam a bit. They have to be still firm before crumbing and frying.

      "Bizzaro" foods are dank foods. Too bad your palate is underdeveloped.

    Is there any reason why ghee wouldn't work for this or there a reason the whole butter is preferred here?

    The only thing that would make this better would be to use other more flavorful pieces of chicken instead of chicken breast. !!!!!

    Please, please share the cross contamination risks especially when working with chicken. Great looking recipe, but definitely cover with plastic film before using mallet and switch cutting boards! Probably trying this tonight though.

    Breaks my heart way too much salt, and neither Dad or I have any teeth.

    • @joedennehy386
      @joedennehy386 3 роки тому +1

      If you are serious, there is not way too much salt, as it gets lost in the flour, use less if you want but its so tender no teeth required lol
