My boyfriend killed his friend's rapist,immediately after she told him about it.He took the shotgun and went to the rapist house. It was caused by the heat of passion. He was wrongfully convicted of murder during a robbery in the first degree(there is proof he didn't commit a robbery, and he didn't plan... it was something he did while he was mad). He is serving his 35th year of life without parole in prison. He was suppose to get between 10-20 years,here in Alabama,if the crime would have been labeled as voluntary manslaughter.
