True, abhi mai toe toch kar paati hoon bas chaar din ke ye tricks se, par nose touch nahi kar paati ab tak, bachpan se aaj tak kabhi bhi mai toe touch nahi kar paai. Ye method is really good, par mujhe back me thoda dard hai abhi.

Mohanji ! Aap jo method bata rahe hain isese hamstring muscles thora stretch zarur hoga. But main jo use Karta Hun usese hamstrings release or relax hota hai aur aisa hone se automatically more stretching is possible and then padhastasna mein zyada se zyada jhuka ja sakta hai. Hamstring release karne ke liye thigh muscles ko stretch karna chahiye. Many methods r there for this.
