    For US peeps, liquid glucose = corn syrup
    Corn flour is interchangeable with corn starch for the dusting powder

    Finally made these and they were as easy and as delicious as they look. I only had a frozen PF sweetened purée on hand, so I added a bit of fresh lemon juice for balance. I also added a few drops of food coloring for a bit of pop. Of all the marshmallow recipes I have tried, this was by far the lightest and fluffiest. BTW I also used a larger and shallower pan, so the pieces were thinner. And people just couldn’t stop eating it.

    Wondering if agar agar could be used in place of the gelatine sheets? Great video, will be trying this when passion fruit are available..

    Is it possible to leave out the glucose syrup? It does have enough sugar as it is...

      its possible, but the glucose is an invert sugar and helps control the crystallization of the white sugar as well as help maintain elasticity in the finished marshmallow
