A lot of people (me too) say Pokémon lost character when it comes to the 3D models but definitely not in XD Gale of Darkness. This Salamence isn't only the coolest uncatchable shiny but also one of the coolest shiny Salamence designs in the franchise. Super happy you got it way under odds since RNG still owes you fast hunts - 2626 is a cool palindrome and we all know it was the "starter" of a very shiny 4th March 2022. Great experience watching this again because your reactions just are so hype to see and also this is a hunt that I think I would enjoy doing myself. Maybe one day. Sometimes it's not about catching shinies - it's about finding them in the first place! This Salamence is a good example for that. Thanks so much man, same to you and your hunts!
That must be disappointing. I recall getting a Shiny Sharpedo in Battle Factory which you can use but not own. I took it into my team since I was desperate to use it and it cost me my winning streak. It took me 13 years to completely finish the Battle Frontier with Gold Symbols without the Berry Glitch. That says a lot.
Wow, massive GG to completing the Battle Frontier! That's actually a thing I want to do as well some day. Regarding the Salamence, I think it is actually one of the coolest, if not THE coolest uncatchble shiny you can find. It was neat to find!
@@OliverMKP I think I got lucky with getting a good iv Tauros which I used to chain breed a bunch of good iv Pokemon. Without Latias or Latios you are almost unable to get to Anabel. Even the glitched poor iv ones are fine from RS as long it has Modest Nature or something. I suggest starting with Factory before Tower. There is some glitch I don't know exactly how it works, but your progress in Tower affects how powerful your opponents are in Factory. Seeing that Salamence really wants me to rebreed one in the hopes to get a Shiny (green is my favorite color too). I don't think I would like one without Dragon Dance or Hydro Pump so Meteor Falls likely not an option. But first I want to get my "competitve living dex" as much as I can. Currently swapping between Relicanth and Anorith.
