I am BE CSE graduate fresher and I have 4yrs of educational gap. I find it very difficult to get into IT jobs. But as I have spent so many years in technical field I don't want switch to non technical. Please ma'am guide me, what steps should I take further to get a job? TIA🙏🏻🙂

Hi Varsha, If there's an open position and you would like to apply to it and have 0 connections in that company, then how would you ask for a direct referral?
Dear Krittika, you will have to search for that company's name in LinkedIn search tab and then in results filter "people", it will show all the people working in that company, go through that list and send a connection request first to the desired person(chose from HR or Recruitment Team), once accepted/connected send a message for referral request.

Dear, in that case we should visit the company website and see if there is any relevant position, if not then wait for it, there is no point in floating your resume without a proper position you meant to apply for.. Not that it will harm you, but its a waste of your effort and time..

Dear, not to discourage you, but BSc gets a very rare job opportunities, if not Btech, then employers expect atleast MSc in that field.

Hi mam i have selected for accenture company . They have given task to upload my documents. I have passed all the subjects and i have percentage of 62.4 this is upto 3-2 semester and upto 4-2 i have 64 %. Accenture criteria given before iam applying is 65% or 6.5 cgpa and above . But i have only 6.0 cgpa upto 3-2 . They ask me to upload marksheets upto 3-2 semester. But i have only 6.0 cgpa. This is my problem. Will they accept my percentage or reject.
