Dear Teena, the way you posted same comment multiple times, the youtube algorithm might tag you as spam and no one will be able to see your comments, anyways.. to answer your question:
1. Internship has nothing to do with age, as long as there isn't any drastic gap
2. Yes Majority of companies will allow you, just focus on skills related to job profile you wish to aim for, nothing else matters more than that
