Before 4 months it was my first online interview and i watched this video before that.....It helped a lot and I gave the interview with confidence. Thank you ma'am.
Could u tell how to disagree with boss & speak for our rights ? If we are overworked .. How to get promoted when company is small-med scale & always talk about capital issues of not making profits ?
Very informative ma'am, I am one of the dedicated and earlier viewer of your channel, you clear many doubt in my career in terms of HR perspective......
Informative video! You should hold a doubt clearing session where you will clear doubts related to HR job. My doubt is that are female HR professionals required to wear makeup? Can you say no to makeup if it does not suit you?
Dear, I am not sure, who gave you such false information...... no one wears make up just bcoz they are HR, infact you will find 90% of female employees(no mater which position/role) don't wear make up to office, its very few females, who do it and that is out of pure choice, no one tells you to put on make up... In my career of a decade, I never wore any makeup to office except a lip tint... I think you are assuming it after seeing it in some movies, but thats not how it is... Going to office is more about being presentable not about makeup... Please come out of such wrong notions...
@@theCorporateDiaries Maam I am not assuming things but one of my friends who is HR professional told me that her boss wants her to wear makeup. I am not someone who gets influenced by stupid movies and daily soaps. I am not even movie fanatic.
@@SS-lv1wn Dear, that is really strange, HR is suppose to protect employees from such behaviour of managers, and your friend herself is following it without raising any voice.... NO ONE can force you to wear make up...

I have 10 cgpa in class 10th after that due to health issues , family issue , depression , anxiety attacks I was not able to give class 12th exam *on marksheet it's written as failed* . Next year I repeated class 12 and got 86℅ overall and 88℅ in pcm but due to schools mistake that they did not transferred my last year practical marks to this year I was not able to take admission in near by universities so that thing forced me to drop for jee mains to get seat next year and as it was covid year its not looking like a year waste because college were not opening . Now I am sure I will get decent govt engg college college in 2021 . Recently I get to know about the eligibility criterias of companies . And I am ineligible for TCS , tech Mahindra ,etc and maybe eligible in wipro , Infosys . But please reply will product based companies reject me because of my gap between 10th and 12th even if i have skills ?
