I am tried your solutions it did not work me and I have also taken nakuris 6 months paid membership and regularly updating my resume and skills since july till september i just got only 1 or 2 interview calls as my experince is high 20 years working looking for java architect role which is very rechnically demanding and same case with one my friend who is looking for project manager job with 20 years and even he is not getting any interview calls after taking naukris paid membership
Sharing my genuine experience being an experienced person........if you are in banglore location and updating profile...chances are highly high to get calls.....but if you are in say for example Hyderabad I 100% guarantee you chances will be comparatively less....you have to put little more hardwork for interview preparation in that case . And to be very honest taking Naukri paid will help 15-20% more but again it all depends how well is your resume....for which location you are searching.
Mandatory skills okay, but desired skills, preferred to have skills like skill bucket list is very hypocrisy meaning less. Can you share your thoughts on this
If you've enough jobs in your domain and you've something to put in your Naukri profile, just change your Notice period from 90 to 60 Days and keep updating anything everyday for 1 week you'll start getting calls for sure...

The harsh reality is- firstly I was applying for Salesforce Developer role on naukri, regularly updating my profile and resume, but not received a single interview call. A blank lie. People are not getting calls these days, as after covid companies over pay to retain the employee and hire candidates at high pay, now company demand has dropped due recession. So the same company was offering high pay, now wanting experienced candidates at low wedges..

You know nothing about the impact of recession on IT sector in India. In recession there's less hiring and more firing or job hiring freez(no hiring by some companies). Moreover, there are negligible jobs for freshers which are also generally taken by experienced candidates.

From naukari making scams on freshers, first they contact you and they said you are shortlisted for these particular company and they will charge application fees like 500 to 1000 and they say it is mandatory process so asusal fresher can feel intense to apply , after paying that charge amount they will block you, so freshers i'm the person who experience this so be alert from naukari ..and please be sure apply through only official company sites ...
I got a call from naukri they said that my resume shortlisted for some so and so company and mentioned facilities the company will provide like transport medical etc..I asked about hiring process she said their will be two rounds of interview, first round will be interview through a call where I'm asked to give my intro, and if I get qualified in first round there will be video call and technical interview will be taken, she asked about my parents occupation, and I enquired her about job location then she said few places and asked me about my location preference, she was talking to me about some id activation but I cut the call thinking it might be fake, now I'm getting confused whether it is real or fake, do u have any idea whether that is fake or real
