Mam I have completed MBA with finance and HRM in the year 2017 but due to marriage and maternity I got 4years gap in career. In these four years I worked in two different schools as a primary English teacher. But now I want to give a fresh start to my career which suits my qualification. I'm interested in coding (Software Development) I wanted to know what is possibilities going into the Software industry how I can tackle this.
Dear, Glad it was helpful, for your software dev shift, you have to first raise you skill level for that particular profile and then best route would be "internal movement", MNCs often have this facility and lot of people move internally in such roles.

@@chidanandlad324 yes don't limit yourself that you have studied particular thing then you will go into it only, you can switch from any domain to any other it is just start of your career. Many people have switched from some other field to IT at age of 30 so you can definitely do it
In IT field there are front end developers who create the interface, backend developers who link the front end, database administrators for database, cloud admin for cloud management, software tester for testing, then new technologies like AI, IOT, data science for complex logic modern day solutions. Then there are ERP software admin Jobs etc. So out of these you can do courses on udemy, then also can do cloud certifications which will highly help to get a job.
