Any% Unrestricted is the category that allows for zips. Also for the leaderboards we measure in game time instead of real time, so that adds a lot to the timer.

GDQ has been life-changing not only for me but for so many others around the world, while I can't donate to each event I'm grateful that has built a community passionate about changing the world.
I also beat these bosses the first time but I was 140 levels higher, 80 hours slower, never found that hatchet or knew the iron maiden could take you to Volcano Manor. Incredibly impressive run.
I think some any% use "zips" which allow you to teleport forward and are done with essentially an ahk script because they require ridiculous frame perfect timing on multiple inputs. I actually clicked on this to see if runners had started using them or found some trick to do them consistently but it seems not. I'm not sure whether it's still allowed in runs but it's clear that doing this in a live event is totally impractical so that's likely why.
Was hoping this was going to be any% unrestricted to show off how broken elden ring is. I can understand if they couldn’t get the hardware right for zipping. Edit - oh they did zip, glad to see it.
It's not on the leaderboards, probably won't be since it's very long and repetitive. There are some runners who have done it like LilAggy but All Remembrances will probably be the closest to all bosses that gets its own category for a while.
Don't think it's a category, but LilAggy did do an all bosses run at some point on his twitch if you wanna watch it. It's played like a speedrun, though of course it's not very precisely routed since he was the only one doing it.
elden ring's ai looks gross. it tries to be medieval and it does well in that respect and i guess it's the medieval aesthetic's fault, but it does not look good. it uses a weird serif font and it puts serif on the ui and it looks bad. the legend of zelda botw has a beautiful ui and this one looks worse, but it has major potential (also i know something probably will happen so be nice) it's a beautiful game though and looks amazing
