    This woman was betrayed by the people in her life that were supposed to love her the most. A woman who devoted her entire life to her family, and to God. She was important, loved, needed and her life mattered to many. She deserved so much better, and she deserves justice. Justice for her, Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow, Charles Vallow and Joseph Ryan.

And if there is true justice...they will go after Melanie G, Melanie P and Zulema...and now I'm wondering if Emma and Garth were part of all this. We all know no one else will be held accountable. _too much time and money_

      I get scared about that too. What kind of brain power do we have sitting on this jury? Is it going to be another Casey Anthony trial where the combined IQ of the jurors was a whopping 50. It's so blatantly obvious and JP can spin whatever tales he wants, but if you have half a brain...you can see the entire picture...not the little blips JP is hoping you focus on. Another huge concern is how many jurors are LDS and how will that affect their decision making?

    Emma didn't act shocked about human bones buried in her father's back yard. In the video of her talking to her father in the back of the police car, she was very casually talking about an officer telling her they found human remains. Neither Emma nor Chad acted surprised or upset. She tried to explain it away as "animal bones." I think she knew already that JJ and Tylee were there. He certainly knew and calmly began telling Emma to take care of all the financial stuff.

    I watched this video, and something very telling came to me: something that I and everyone else had missed. I hope my posting gets to Vinnie somehow. Immediately after the phone call between Lori and Alex, right after he unsuccessfully tried to shoot Tammy, Zulema stated that Lori said " IDIOT! CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT BY HIMSELF!" To me, this would be evidence that Lori and Chad later decided to not have Alex try to kill Tammy on his own. They determined he was too dumb, and would need help. It has been my thought for some time now that on the night Tammy was killed in bed, Chad left the outside door unlocked so Alex could sneak in to assist Chad in the murder. Chad would lie awake and wait until Alex quietly came into the bedroom, then Chad would roll over onto Tammy and pin her arms down (bruises), as Alex stood over her and smothered her with a pillow. If Chad had tried to do all this on his own, there is a good chance that Tammy could break her head free long enough to scream, and the kids would hear it. But consider this scenario: Tammy is asleep, and Chad rolls over on top of her as had possibly happened in the past. Tammy is asleep and unaware that Alex is standing right over her. Chad then pins her arms down tightly as Alex tightly holds the pillow over her face for a few minutes until she stops struggling. Yes, Alex was in on this murder as well, Chad did NOT do it alone.

    • @bethnorrod5942
      @bethnorrod5942 4 місяці тому +12

      He's done a really good job considering he's alone and there's so much damning evidence. He's annoying for sure, especially with the " I don't know how to say this word cause I'm a simple, humble man" thing he does. But, the only issues with him that I've seen are that he doesn't know how to effectively rebound when a witness or narrative slips out of his grasp and he uses an aggressive approach, which can work to confuse a witness or make them look incompetent. He's made a few look incompetent. But, he needs to know how to reign it in. He used it effectively with Lt. Powell who couldn't articulate on what grounds he had to ask for an exhumation, but the poor neighbor who had very limited testimony and was already crying because she was talking about her friend Tammy, that's when he should have reigned it in. There was no reason to be so aggressive with her.

    Fluid in the lungs and foamy fluid in her airways seems to point to breathing, so asphyxia makes sense, especially with the sus bruises. Nice family.

    Thought the state didn't do a good job in cross examination of the forensic pathologist. They proved what defense said about not jumping to conclusions by reading other reports and not going on scientific evidence.

    The State made it really clear as to why her findings were such. She was only given half the information by Prior and that is why she made this finding. Pathologists/Medical Examiners also take into consideration, the circumstances surrounding the death.

    Why didnt chad kill his kids. Why was it only important two minors werre taken out? Chads kids are as delusional and insane as their dadd is. How can you not charge chad as a murderer but you could lori. IF chad gets off on charges lori was convicted for, where is Lori's justification? This is totally insidious. 😮
