the witnesses are definitely getting together and deciding on a story. it cant be a coincidence how many of them use the same phrasing.
I came into watching the trial thinking Karen likely killed him driving drunk. After watching everyone of these seemingly well rehearsed witnesses testify, combined with all the deleting, embellishments and denials, they have actually provided Karen with a lot of reasonable doubt before the state has even rested. Drinking doesn't enhance memory, it clouds it. One woman didn't cause the public backlash they're experiencing, they all did with their gossiping and suspicious behaviors.

@@acc4465 All of it means something because if there is a reasonable perception of bias, whether that be from witnesses embellishing their testimony from previous testimony or vile text messages from a Case Officer attacking the defendant or suspicious behaviors within the investigation, the "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" can not be established. Sadly for John O'Keefe, the Good Ol' Boys Club screwed up this case right from the start. The witnesses were inconsistent. Someone telling the truth doesn't need to change or enhance their testimony.

How do you think he got into an altercation so quick? How long was he in the house before his phone stopped moving?

So I guess at this point this is a rumor but a commenter on another channel said that the FBI was actually in the court today, and that it was because the defense made a complaint.... Wednesday: the deleted search is reasonable doubt and landed heavily. The Prosecutor was beet red when he stood up for redirect and did not touch that evidence with a10-foot pole. In fact his sole purpose seemed to be to talk about every other possible thing in order to sweep it from the jury's mind...look over here folks...just to erase and distract. But that was the key piece of evidence. Reasonable doubt to the max.

I have no doubt that Kerry was sad about John's death. But I looked at her face during her testimony and there weren't tears, and that is always creepy to me when that happens. Who knows. Maybe she's all cried out and couldn't shed more tears. And maybe she was too nervous on the stand to actually led the tears fall. But the point is, she didn't cry. And it was weird that she acted like she did.
And Karen had a "revelation" that John was buried under the snow.

Why is no one consoling Karen when she's running about in the snow freaking out after seeing Johns body? Why are they stood distant watching it unfold? Wouldn't they be screaming too and hugging each other, trying to figure out what was going on due to the shock of seeing a man laying there? Looks like karen is frantic, and the others are standing back to a degree looking at what they already know is there.
Watch it come out that they are ALL guilty. Both sides. They all knew she hit him that night but didn't want to deal with their drama and an investigation in their front lawn because maybe they initially thought he was just drunk and not really hurt. That he wasn't actually dead (since he didn't look physically that hurt) and that he would get up and not remember what happened and go home and it would all just go away. However, he didn't get up. He died. And neither side can admit that or they would all go down. At this point, freaking anything is possible. I honestly am not sure what to believe at this point because it seems like there is so much that doesn't make sense on BOTH sides.
