Emma also said Tammy had sleep apnea, which also requires a doctor’s visit to diagnose. Other witnesses said that Tammy was on antidepressants, which also require medical appointments and prescriptions. Emma is a liar. Another big lie was when she claimed Tammy had life insurance on Chad. She sounded so sulky when the prosecutor made her read Chad’s signature on Tammy’s policy and pointed out that Tammy did NOT have insurance on Chad. Plus, the date of the policy shows he took out the insurance only a month before Tammy died.

Neither of these children came across as credible… they sounded like brainwashed robots who had extensively rehearsed their stories. They didn’t have one positive thing to say about their Mom, and that alone chips away their credibility. They dishonored their Mom horribly. Such a disgrace. This will haunt them forever. SHAME!

When Emma was on 48 hours they said they didn't know anything about kids until the cops came to ask. But on the stand Emma said she ask about the kids at Knox Berry farm. So she lied

She also got herself in some possible hot water by saying she was the one who did the wind /weather search that day. I hate that the state didn’t ask what “event” she needed wind direction for- you know, the direction she said on the stand herself that she knows nothing about!
So I’m beginning to think she may have been in on the murders, burning & burials of the kids- heck maybe her mom too. They’re all stone cold! It wouldn’t surprise me a tiny bit!
@@rOnda88I agree. I caught several of Emma's lies myself, their falsehood proven by the arrest video and her own contradictory statements. I'm shocked the prosecution didn't more blatantly call her out on them via the evidence. After watching her testimony, I think Emma was complicit, an accomplice, a co-conspirator and should be charged as well. She wouldn't be the first kid to unalive a parent.

She also lied that she got to know about Lori after she was arrested but all the text messages between Chad and Lori proves that they met Lori already way before, spend family time together eating cookies etc.

2. She pointed out that Emma didn’t live there and didn’t know if Tammy vomited and didn’t know what time she went to bed each night.
3. She pointed out that Tammy DID see a doctor for her wrist, despite that Emma claimed Tammy wouldn’t see a doctor for other alleged health problems.

Most weather stations back then (and now) have weather radar that show you projected rain in the area. You can easily get a 10 day weather planner. You wouldn't need to check the wind direction. That's only one small factor anyway.

The testimony from the Daybell children was monotone and very well practiced. Emma literally implicated her own involvement by saying she did the wind direction search. They bold-face lied to the court and had well prepared responses to cover their butts.
Emma was told the children were in a "safe place"and never questioned that when the bodies were found in Daddy's backyard. Such a sickness attached to all of them. Poor Tammy 😢

And her witness statement contradicted so many times the documented facts that it was anything but convincing.

So if we go by Garth's testimony that he went in to get his mom back in bed and she was already cold and grey and stuff. SHE COULDN'T FALL OUT OF THE BED! Chad push her out!!!

This video is a day late, it would have been much more impactful 24 hours ago (especially based on the title). Emma’s demeanor was very defensive and unemotional. She didn’t win any points with the jury (or public) for her father.
Her demeanor might be the way she is naturally however, it didn’t come across very well. If she typically has this type of presentation, she needs some therapy. She didn’t show any emotion about her mother passing away unexpectedly. My own mother passed without warning and over 10 years later, I still can’t speak about it without crying.
There are very odd things going on with this family (obviously!) and I hope Chad and Lori rot in hell!
Emma is a liar. She talks so monotone just like Chad. I don’t believe she did the wind search. Not even a little.
Emma differently sounded different when talking to the prosecutor compared to how she was answering the defense.
For one thing, she sounded pissed. Why would you say that she didn't?

Garth testimony is that his moms dead body rolled out of the bed ,but Chad didn’t get up to help his ailing wife in her hour of need .Chad waited for his son Garth to come and help her lifeless body back into the bed .This was of course Chads way of obtaining a witness to collaborate his testimony for the death certificate . This gives Chad the emotional excuse to purge the entire responsibility on Garth to validate Chads lies and statements that were manufactured for the death certificates
Thing is am I the only who remembers that Chad said his kids lie for him or is it just me???

Sad that Tammy’s friends showed more emotion for Tammy than her children. Especially Garth being “extremely close” to his mom. And Emma saying she did the computer searches for trade winds is like Cindy Anthony saying she did the searches for chlorophyll. 🙄 Love how Prior said “at her murder” today when he was questioning his Medical Examiner. 🤦🏼♀️ I also love how he threw in that Lori and Alex buried Tylee and JJ in Chad’s backyard while the family went on a trip at Thanksgiving because Lori showed up late.
And Emma said in the court room that she heard first time about Lori after her arrest. Really? What about that thanks giving and other occations they visited Lori and she fed them cookies...
They did a terrible job. I can’t understand they are saying that. Disgusting to watch. No emotion at all about their mother.
Can’t work out how they knew she was anaemic if she never went to a doctor. If she was, that would explain why she felt tired constantly. I think as a mother who works full time, looks after the home and garden would be a cause of her tiredness. Perhaps she should have been encouraged to cut back her work hours. But I guess she was the main breadwinner.
And where she got those anti depression pills if she never went to a doctor?

So if Tammy bruised really easily, it wouldn't take much pressure from Chad to hold her down and give her those little bruises. If Tammy was as weak and frail as Emma and Garth want people to believe, then there would be no struggle when Chad and Alex suffocated that poor woman to death.
Emma seems like she has contradicted everything in order to save her Dad. It’s easy for everyone to see. Not believable at all.
A part of me wants to give her some grace, but I believe she’s choosing to flat out lie for her father and might have aided him in some way. Poor Tammy.
