Ok thats really cool, ive got a b2 in 1/144 scale a A400 M and a C 17 globemaster but all by revell.. Now i know My next project.. Fantastic... Always loved the B 1 ..:)
Look at the plastic quality, no filler needed at all, imagine Trumpeters F-117 and Revells B2 Of course in 1/144 Scale as well beside this B1 ...a dream in My opinion:)
@@ronrico4741 Oh, no I understood the irony however, unfortunately it is quite true. I don't understand Andy's popularity. There are far better modelers to learn from he's just not one of them.
Awesome build! I just love your videos! The blue background and music us so soothing. Weathering on an 1/144 model is very tricky. It's too easy to do too much. You achieved the perfect balance I think. Finally an up to date modern kit of the BONE. Now, if only they could do a new one in 1/72!
Very nice build. I just can’t get past how big the panel lines look in this scale. They are huge for 1/144! Many 1/48 scale has finer panel lines than this. But like I said you build is lovely.
at 1:19 you can see the 1/144 marking, between the wheels... but I see what you mean at 1:45. You think it might just be that font, at a strange angle?
As always, your work is amazing! This is a beautifully detailed kit for 144th scale, but I'm a bit surprised the swing wings don't operate together as they do on most kits of aircraft with that feature.
Why do the wings not move in unison? I can remember doing an F14 and the wings move together. I really enjoy watching your videos they are excellent quality as you do not go over the top in your builds and this one is amazing, thank you.
this is really a very good built. Im gonna suggest something, would like you to go and check Andy's Hobby Headquarters B-1B 1/144 video, so u can compare both of ur builts :D
Awesome as usual, your masking skills on that canopy are amazing. I love the B-1B Lancer. I'm in the middle of a 1/48 scale B1 build now and I like how that gun metal grey paint scheme on your build came out.
When you apply mr.cement on the surface of your model, doesn’t it leave glue marks on the surface? I use tamiya their plastic glue and as soon one drop touches the surface it leaves a major mark because it melts the plastic
@@BarcelPL depending on what glue, what stain and what model and seam. If you take the classic non-liquid glue, then polystyrene itself is sometimes added there. That stain will be not just a solvent but also a little extra plastic. With experience, the skill must come not to apply too much glue. @@MomentalnoVMore So your answer, shortly, is "don't get glue stains", where I asked "how do I fix glue stains" So, again - do I need to sand these or is there other, better way?
Would you recommend this kit for someone looking to purchase their first model airplane? From your video it seems like a relatively straightforward build. Thanks, love the channel!
Great build Dusan! I see that (new) Academy models are better regarding fit and general moulding of parts. Is there any difference between Mr. Mark setters? Keep up good work.
nasosmodelingcorner.blogspot.com/2018/01/decal-softer-review.html "Buy and use any decal solution you like, either of them work at least a bit. You may as well not use nothing on your decals, that's also acceptable. Just don't buy "NEO". It's a waste of money, a waste of space on your modelling board, a waste of glass for the bottle, plastic for the cap, paper for the tag, simply a waste! If GSI Creos are reading, please pull yourselves together and start producing the original recipe of your decal softener. The world already has one "Neo", the one from Matrix. There's no need for a second one. :)" And my experience goes along it. Anything is better than NEOs.
Looks great. It was maybe the simplest model You've build here, but final effect is still perfect. Nice done! BTW: What kind of camera did You use for making videos? All the best for You! ;)
Take a cheap one wich can make large surfaces (mine cost 30$) and when it comes to camo use white tack and masking tape, when you get it make sure your paint to thinner ratio looks about the constituency of milk :) dish soap and water to clean it :)
Or just try the hs ultra, its my second one and compared to thoses chinese knock offs it is ultra easy to clean, built sturdily and sprays fantastic ( big nozzle ) really love airbrushing with it
@@BruteFM I know that but if you look when the canopy is first painted (with the yellow and smoke caption)it looks clear with a slight yellow/smoky tint. In the end shots it appears almost black. I was wondering if it was just the 'photograpy' or whether the canopy had been painted a second time

My step-father was electronics design engineer on the B-1A, I wish I still had the model and sterling silver ring of her still!!
one of the best looking modern aircraft. and a fine model too
Engine nozzles are a huge improvement over the older kits. Guess I need to grab one.

Dusan, 75K subs! NICE! You deserve every one. Nice work on the "BONE" - looks flight ready.
Great built , you deserve every single praise. Is it really 1/144 ? because when you pause at around 1:45 it says on the sprue 1/100 B-1B

Very nice work. Did you have to do anything special to maintain the clarity on the canopy after spraying it? I always get a fogging effect.
This is very good build and weathering look very nice!

any polystyrene glue does this. since the glue is not glue, but a solvent in fact.
