Typically the bigger the fandom, the more toxic people and vocal bad apples they acquire. It can honestly happen to any fandom if it gets big enough and the media in question is popular enough to gain super passionate fans. I’m a fan of BTS, but I find that as long as I don’t mingle on Twitter, finding chill and more open-minded fans isn’t that hard. It’s just…something about Twitter man…it’s like it’s cursed to turn people and fandoms into vile, angry forces of destruction.
As a BTS Army, sometimes I do get embarrassed when some other Armies do things like this 😭. I just hope that's those army's don't overpower the Kindness of a true Army.

It’s annoying to see people act like there aren’t toxic members common in all fandoms, and as someone who is very selective and critical to songs from various Korean artists (I generally don’t like to engage much with kpop fandoms either), it sucks that I have to be more defensive of these fools because “haters” are often even more stupid

Typically the bigger the fandom, the more toxic people and vocal bad apples they acquire. It can honestly happen to any fandom if it gets big enough and the media in question is popular enough to gain super passionate fans.
I’m a fan of BTS, but I find that as long as I don’t mingle on Twitter, finding chill and more open-minded fans isn’t that hard. It’s just…something about Twitter man…it’s like it’s cursed to turn people and fandoms into vile, angry forces of destruction.

However, after seeing bunch of comments going on and on and on about bts, I started to get annoyed. It made me feel like they only subjected themselves to listen to this because their idols like it, and it made me feel like they like bts mainly for their appearance. It is just the same feeling I got with Justin Bieber’s fan back then. Of course, not all fans are like that, just most I have encountered. I mean I listen to bts song too; I like some of their song but I don’t understand the obsession.

Im not a huge fan of the kpop music. But kpop idols are really great human beings. They are innocent and funny and ofc beautiful. I dont even listen to kpop music but i ended up watching kpop idols interviews and game shows. Ex Twice , New jeans , Le ssepharim. Right now these show up on my feed pretty much everyday. And i love them.😂
