    I wish I could just have a cinnamon bun or everything-bagel, but sourdough or rye bread seem to be my go-to. Thanks for the huge list of pre-run food ideas!

      @@goodfoodgoodrun who as a runner hasn’t filled their pants am I right? 😅 20 miles into a marathon, light blue shorts, overtrusted fart… a short story of mine haha we need to normalise shit pants storytimes as runners 😂

We once had a 10K run for a warm down at my university and the entire way it was 4 of us talking about times we’d shit our pants running 😂 turned into about a 5k with us dying on the track! Like 2 of the most glamorous (now Irish Olympic running track stars😂) who’d you not even think ever farted talking about ‘So yeh I completely filled my shorts aged 20’ 😂😂
