I think you could do a simpler version just to track projects and homework deadlines, simple daily tasks and habits so people who can't pay still get something. (Talking from my own perspective lol).

A lot of successful students who run UA-cam channels really tell generic statements regarding being at the top of their classes. Sometimes some of these just don’t make any sense and it’s really hard to follow any of their tips. But this brother is incredibly helpful and what he means by outside the school he means literally everything from life and even retirement and job interviews. He never seems to miss out anything.

don't get overwhelmed by templates, I just learned how to use notion. Don't get me wrong, templates are great, but spend some time on notion and figure out how it works, then build your own workspace (like over the weekend). this is what I did.
