“See, this is the tarantula’s hole! Do you want to see the tarantula itself? Here hangs its web: touch it, so it trembles.
“There it comes willingly: welcome, tarantula! Your triangle and symbol sit black upon your back; and I also know what is in your soul.
“Revenge sits in your soul: wherever you bite, a black scab grows; your poison makes the soul giddy with revenge!”

"Everyone should be indistinguishable, average and have the same things" is absolutely not what communism (which is what i assume you are equating with "woke") stands for. The aim of communism is "To organise society in such a way that every member of it can develop and use all his capabilities and powers in complete freedom and without thereby infringing the basic conditions of this society." - Engels. You yourself say that this is how society should be in this video. Even if you absolutely despise Socialism I absolutely recommend you read what socialists themselves believe before making weird claims like this about it.

I think there is different types of “equality” and it’s not fair to lump them altogether and make the concept in general seem bad. We are not equal to God and never will be, of course. But we should treat EACH OTHER as equals because we are all equally under God and none of us are worthy to boast.

Wow! have watched this twice already and will watch again. Told my wife and grandson about it in hopes that they would be inspired to partake of the refreshing prespective offered herein. Your one weird but wonderful son of a gun. Please hang in there and continue cranking out these different angles of looking at the gospel. So much freedom for those wanting to understand things sometimes difficult to comprehend, until made simple by a little straight talking. Thanks!

You know what would be a good theory. I wonder what the world would be like if Joseph Smith or Hyrum weren't martyred. That would be something interesting to watch.

It's not something I've ever contemplated. But if you have any theories of your own on the matter I'd love to hear them.

@@ThisSaintsTheory Yeah, it really goes into a massive butterfly effect so I never really thought too deep into it either. But I think it would be fun to explore his presidential candidacy whether he had any skin in the game, to see if he would leave America west anyways due to the ever growing population and persecution. To see if he would appoint Hyrum as his successor. To see if the same process of selecting succession would be similar or the same. To see if Sydney Rigdon would stay in the Church still. To see if the Bickertonites or the Strangites would even exist. To see if the Community of Christ or RLDS or FLDS would even exist. It seems like a huge fan fiction world that could be created with the idea that so much weight held on Joseph's succession and what would happen if we didn't have that weight and what would the Church be like today. Of course, I would believe that everything wouldn't change since we receive revelation from the same God by different people, but it would be fun to explore from a secular or historical pov.

Two things I would say for certain:
      1. I doubt Joseph would have been president given all the persecutions.
      2. I don't think black people would have been segragated out of the temple.@@jacobsamuelson3181

@@ThisSaintsTheory I don't remember where exactly I've heard it, but I've heard before that if Joseph and Hyrum were able to make it to their 70s the second coming would have happened prematurely. It's just the amount of people that would have had to have a change of heart for them to live that long would make for a City of Enoch situation.
As mentioned, I don't know where I've heard it before, or if it's even true, but I have heard it.

14 I was once praying very earnestly to know the time of the coming of the Son of Man, when I heard a voice repeat the following: 15 Joseph, my son, if thou livest until thou art eighty-five years old, thou shalt see the face of the Son of Man; therefore let this suffice, and trouble me no more on this matter.
