You have made me realise how unnecessarily aggressive my driving instructor speaks to me when they are frustrated, but this isn’t normal! You’re smashing it it’s great to see someone soft spoken and calm no matter what😊
My instructor was like that. I was vomiting before and after lessons due to the anxiety and I was not learning anything. It put me off driving for 3 years before I got the courage to start lessons again. I’m now with an amazing instructor who knows how to deal with my anxiety and speaks to me calmly and respectfully and he is booking my driving test for August. My advice, switch instructors. Find one that’s best for you and uses your teaching style.
My instructor started to be nasty at me after my 6 lesson and really lost my confince, at the end of the lesson I broke into tears cause I was under a lot of pressure , he texted me saying sorry, and the following week we had a good friendly long chat, and he understood that all I need is reasurance, and my mistakes are because I never driven before, I pass my test first time and we are best pals now
Mine was the same my advice would be to tell them abt and themselves they’ll respect you more for it. Not that u need their respect but just shows when u talk to someone the way they speak to u it puts it into perspective for them
My mom taught me how to drive. Two months before my test she printed out blank dmv grade sheets. She gave me a couple mock tests. She would pretend to be the examiner and would actually grade me. At the end she would tell me how I did one the result and where I needed more practice. It actually was extremely helpful I ended up passing the real test first time with no demerit points. She did the same for my sister as well. It worked for her as well.
That's how you serve your kids. Not cooking and cleaning for them constantly, not paying for their every venture, not solving their problems... but teaching them skills. Whenever you have time, play with them or show them something new. Your competence serves you and cripples them. Their competence serves both you and them.
I’ve done lessons with breaks due to Covid from December 2019. I passed my test 2 weeks ago with 12 minors (😅) at the age of 42. I got my first car yesterday and have driven 15 miles relatively unaided but my partner was trailing behind… he had to get out of the car to help me park😮😫 but I’m doing much better than I expected ☺️keep going.

As much as I agree, I did a test in february and got a serious for a similar clearance incident where in my mind I knew it'd make it through but the examiner marked it as a serious fault as they thought otherwise.

Fantastic mock Test. This has encouraged me so much as i do have driving nerves as soon as the test comences. Two days ago i passed my Driving test. Thanks foryour guidlines
Congratulations Lottie, well done! 🥳 Even though I've had my license since 2006, I am learning so many things from your videos, Aman! Maybe because I'm from the Netherlands and I've never understood all the English traffic rules and road markings 😉 Apart from that, I find it somehow entertaining to watch your learners having all these experiences and getting more and more skilled. So thank you for sharing all this footage and keep up the good work! ❤
I passed 18 months ago and they really are so helpful to continue watching. Keeps me on top of remembering the little but important things. Also just surprisingly entertaining!
I am glad Daphne, that I am not the only one from The Netherlands who is inspired. And I got my licence even longer. Leuk om je hier te zien als landgenote. En eens met dat je hier veel leert.
living in the UK but often going to the Netherlands to visit family, I can safely say that Dutch roads are mostly much less confusing than the road layouts here in the UK
@@Kj_Gamer2614you think so 😂 I’m from uk too. But when I go Netherlands I always get ran over by bikes cuz I don’t know the roads they’re confusing for me haha
You seem like an amazing teacher! I learned to drive nearly half a century ago and I take it as a matter of pride to drive professionally and Iove it. I have to say that there is a lot more to contend with now than in the 1970's. Much more traffic, more road "furniture" with forests of signage, speed limits up and down in very short distances, and crazy junction layouts. I commend your patience , skill and nerves!!
Thank you so much for all the guidance Aman! And all the students who go out with you for mock tests, thanks for sharing your experiences 🙏 Watching your channel over the past weeks has really helped! I failed my first test which lasted way longer than everyone else said it should, but hopefully 2nd time will be a pass. I do same as Lottie when think I've done wrong lol You two look quite similar
Congratulations Lottie!! I just passed today on first attempt :D even though it was in Malta we use the same highway code as in the UK your videos helped me so much Aman! Thank you and continue doing what you do!
Because they test the parking as if you were parking in a bay with parked cars as you will be doing that often. Parking on or over the line could cause other cars issues.
As much as it seems harsh, i love that Aman got out to check the parking. Its great for a mock test to be that extra bit harsh so that they're not caught off guard in a test. (Or just real life for that instance haha)
It would be nice if we had the view of the mirrors in instances where you bring up that she should be checking her mirrors. If there's not enough space on screen to leave it up throughout the whole drive, I think it would be beneficial to at least have a pop up for a few seconds like during the round about. Kind of like how you do for the rear cam
Hey Aman ! you caught my attention when I began watching your videos. your smile is incredibly cute, and now, instead of learning, I find myself captivated, dedicating my time solely to savoring the charm of your smile.

I can’t believe how many drivers go for their mock tests and don’t know the show me/tell me questions inside out! How to check your oil level and where to find it? Pull the bonnet release catch usually locate just inside driver or passenger door, open the bonnet and locate the oil looks like a genies lamp, remove the dip stick, wipe it clean with tissue or cloth, reinsert the dipstick for about 3-5 seconds remove dipstick and check level is between the min/max marker, top up with specified oil if level is low!
