A woman called the Police and stated that a male had just pointed a handgun at her and threatened her. She was able to leave the house but left her small child inside.
Officers arrived and attempted to have the suspect come outside but he refused. The family also refused to cooperate with the Police and would not leave the house. This went on for over an hour, before the suspect and everyone finally surrendered to the police. Palm Ave was shut down in both directions from 8th St north to 6th St.
No one was injured.

I am not sure what happened and I am not one to judge but I just now started watching this video. I do have one concern and that is why it is the little boy there, to begin with. I just do not think this little boy should be watching this live!! This scares me so much because what if bullets starting flying and he gets hit. Mommy if that is your little handsome little boy please I am asking as a mother to not ever put the little boy in harm way. I hope everything worked and no one got hurt! God be with everyone involved!
