Genocide Asgore is a fanmade boss made by StrykerX. Here you are at the end of an Undertale of Genocide Route and encountering Asgore and Flowey at the same time!
Unitale and Create Your Frisk are Lua-moddable Undertale engines that allow you to program and design your own Undertale battles.
Undertale is video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox in 2015. It is an RPG with bullet hell and avoidance elements and has a heavy focus on choices and their consequences.

I never knew UT had TAS tools, much less that someone would use it for a fan game, but if there was a fan game to TAS, this is it, love it, my jaw had hit the floor on the first attack, I didn’t know it was possible no hit, and weaving in between the fireballs on the hand attack was amazingly unnecessary

The fireballs have a larger hitbox than it appears- slightly smaller than the black dot.
It's hilarious to watch how TAS for real ignores the existence of blue attacks.

1st a monsters will to fight is tied to their stats and 2nd asgore couldn't have guessed he was gonna get slaughtered immediately

Actually, in this fan game, Asgore's HP functions in cycles. Each cycle is repeated, and if you try to hit Asgore in a part of the cycle that you already previously hit him in, he will dodge the attack. Since the TAS doesn't need to ACT in between attacks, it can do the entire fight in one cycle and avoid Asgore dodging alltogether.
This is the fight that would actually happen if a Child tried to fight the king of monsters who is wearing gold armor, with a stick.

to make it somewhat fair the creator of the fight made the hitboxes lenient

He got hit quite a few times. Or maybe a lucky glitch or just the attack ending a frame before total disaster.
It's more like how they say in deltarune "The attack is not as Big as It seems" in the sense that while the bullets may look very Big, in most cases the actual hitbox is much smaller. Which in this case the fangame has It to probably to make this fangame possible in harder difficulties.

@@omegaotaku1342 Yes, most of the time soul hitbox in the Game can be seen easily how small It is. You can have a Big chunk of your soul be covered in one of Jevil's projectiles but they won't count as you getting hit. Even if they look like spades the actual hitbox is a Diamond. And the clover's hitbox are rectangles. And the carrusel hitboxes are circles. There is a lot the Game makes the hitbox smaller than the actual Sprite Itself.
