I feel like… the game is more fun and enjoyable on pacifist due to all the colors gimmicks and nice Dialoge, ruthless is like the beginner’s genocide, and… genocide feels cold, dark, ruthless and less everything including the battles. You can’t play games talk to most of characters and most Importantly you have to go through the pain of killing people in their saddest times (Like Harry and Larry)
Fun fact, genocide in this game is called Ruthless route, with Pacifist being Compassion, it was done to better fit the team vision it seems, not just for fancy new names
now that you bring that up I noticed Asgore's sprite doesnt react to getting hit in this as well as the base game. is there a reason behind that since they clearly took special attention of that specific detail?

I was only a few EXP off from LOVE 9 too, I think it just depends on how ruins go, because enemies there can give from 2 EXP to 21 EXP
