The harmonies on room of mirrors, and too far gone are 2 of my favorites from Metallica ( of their most recent albums) and not to mention the harmony in all nightmare long is pretty nice too
the through the never version of Orion is my favorite way to listen to that song because that empty arena they play in creates this atmosphere and ambience that just touches my soul and it's beautiful
I was wondering the entire video whether you were gonna include To Live is to Die, and then i was satisfied when it was ranked 1. Personally my favorite harmony has to be the first one in Orion, just because i think it means something special to me. The first time i heard it it genuinely altered my brain chemistry, i felt like i was levitating. Just for that first harmony Orion is my favorite instrumental of all time, and my favorite song from MOP album.
I'm so glad to see someone else give to live is to die the attention it's always deserved, even though it's the least popular song on ajfa it's always been my favorite metallica song both for it's beautiful tribute to the legacy of Cliff Burton but also just for how hard those harmonies and cleans pull on your heart strings, it's like the guitars themselves are feeling the emotions that each of the band members themselves were feeling
Incredible list despite how difficult it is to pick even 15 favorites. I agree with most of these picks, but would probably include battery into, and justice for all harmony sections, and blackened pre solo section. Fight fire with fire harmony solo is definitely one of the greatest and to live is to die is a solid #1 spot.
The harmony section of "Inamorata" reminds me of the more mellow and 'drifty' parts of Pink Floyd's: "The Dark Side of the Moon" album. It's so good regardless.
Inamorata can be a good introduction into the next Metallica album. We nedd long 2 - cd album with long epic, instrumental tracks and some short songs like "hardwired to self destruct" and even something accoustic - New accoustic version of Blackened is wounderful.
You don't have Battery intro in top 15. That one is one of the greatest ever and truly genius. You had like Disposable Heroes and Damage Inc and shit and not Battery?! And Blackened intro so low pains me, imo it's their greatest alongside Battery.
My Ranking 15. The Struggle Within 14. The Call Of Ktulu 13. Orion (2nd Harmony) 12. Blackened 11. ...And Justice For All (After Solo Harmony) 10. ...And Justice For All (Outro Harmony) 9. One (Outro Harmony Solo) 8. Fade To Black 7. Orion (Bass Solo) 6. One (Bridge Harmony) 5. Fight Fire With Fire 4. Master Of Puppets 3. To Live Is To Die 2. Orion (1st Harmony) 1. Inamorata (Say what you will, it's my new favorite)
Cliff was a huge part of Metallica. Cliff WAS and still IS Metallica. His influence shaped the band to be what it is today. But just subtract the load era and st anger
For me inamorata is top 6, it's truly amazing, emotional, long and funny to play
Which part do you play? That’s like a 3 guitars harmony part
It’s just so not original man
@@diegoencarnacion well, i think it is. I mean, that’s not a plain harmony, the third guitar doesn’t follow the other two
It's boring and not special
For me, Inamorata is #1; along with My Friend of Misery, To Live is to Die and One
Room of mirrors just sounds epic and makes you feel like you’re either in battle or just won something
Ear candy
The harmonies on room of mirrors, and too far gone are 2 of my favorites from Metallica ( of their most recent albums) and not to mention the harmony in all nightmare long is pretty nice too
I was curious what number 1 was going to be, and I have to wholeheartedly agree with your choice. It’s an incredibly powerful section
Thanks for not spoiling it
the through the never version of Orion is my favorite way to listen to that song because that empty arena they play in creates this atmosphere and ambience that just touches my soul and it's beautiful
From blackened to orion translation is amazing i love it !
I love harmonies
The harmony on eye of the beholder is underrated
Inamorata is the one new song that is as good as some of the classic metallica songs
So is Spit out the Bone!
Inamorata sound like a national acrobat from sabbath and I like it
The top 1 is true.. its a tribute about a man of harmonist of the band
Cyanide and that was just your life and others on death magnetic and hardwired are great too, but great video!
WHERE IS ROOM OF MIRRORS
fr where is it
Exactly what I’m thinking, either that or Too Far Gone!

Inamorata at #12 is criminal 🥲
100% agree with your thoughts on Orion- it was the first piece of music transport me to another place
where is room of mirrors? its harmony is the best in modern Metallica imo
For Blackened i like the harmony before the solo but i respect your opinion

Damage inc almost made me cry, truly beautiful
If I’m being honest, I think the best harmony in To Live is To Die is the one pre-interlude. Just so. Amazing.
The harmony section of "Inamorata" reminds me of the more mellow and 'drifty' parts of Pink Floyd's: "The Dark Side of the Moon" album. It's so good regardless.
My favourite is The Struggle Within intro harmony. It's kinda short but i love it
Nice video once again. I like so much the style
TLITD at 1? Call me crazy, but it’s probably 4th or 5th for me. Fade to Black is my favorite harmony.
Gotta say, listening to these songs is something special, when I hear other bands they all feel empty, it's like listening to nothing.
I would’ve also added Atlas Rise! Because of how epic it is
Inamorata can be a good introduction into the next Metallica album. We nedd long 2 - cd album with long epic, instrumental tracks and some short songs like "hardwired to self destruct" and even something accoustic - New accoustic version of Blackened is wounderful.
My favorites are Fight Fire With Fire, My Friend Of Misery, Room Of Mirrors, Blackened, Orion
Although i love disposable, i dont think the harmony there elevates the song that much, for example. room of mirrors does that.
hey, how about "every Bathory album ranked and rated"? i think that'd be fun
You just get the feeling of the build up with One
Damage Inc. Is perhaps my Metallica song, definitely in the Top 5 that I call my favorite
Damage inc feels like a far dream.......
my friend of misery is epic
Bro where is the and justise for all??
Frayed ends of sanity is good as well
number 1 speaks more words than any lyrics ever could have in its place
MOP harmonies is so iconic
Man theres no way you put Inamorata up there and didnt have Room of Mirrors anywhere, sadge 😢
You don't have Battery intro in top 15. That one is one of the greatest ever and truly genius. You had like Disposable Heroes and Damage Inc and shit and not Battery?!
And Blackened intro so low pains me, imo it's their greatest alongside Battery.
Disposable heroes intro is one of their best ngl but battery is peak should be in here.
good takes fr
Number 13 harmony ACTUALLY belongs to one & only Cliff Burton. Even Andriy Vasylenko confirmed that few months ago
Inamorata harmony is the ONLY Metallica harmony that literally made me cry. It’s beautiful
Uno de los grandes aportes de Metallica a la música
fight fire with fire for me is the best song they made with the best harmonie
F*cking agree with To Live Is To Die, the best song!! So emotional 🖤
The only reason I disagree with My Friend of Misery, is cause they just used a harmonizer, they didn't actually write a harmony out
Really had to cut out the best part of the Inamorata harmony 🙄
The font with the same color with the background 🥺
so glad to live is to die’s harmony got #1
Eye of the beholder?
My Ranking
15. The Struggle Within
14. The Call Of Ktulu
13. Orion (2nd Harmony)
12. Blackened
11. ...And Justice For All (After Solo Harmony)
10. ...And Justice For All (Outro Harmony)
9. One (Outro Harmony Solo)
8. Fade To Black
7. Orion (Bass Solo)
6. One (Bridge Harmony)
5. Fight Fire With Fire
4. Master Of Puppets
3. To Live Is To Die
2. Orion (1st Harmony)
1. Inamorata (Say what you will, it's my new favorite)
I can't imagine what would be the music level of Metallica if Cliff lived.
Orion all the way. 🔥
No battery intro, why?
For me blackened is top 1
Spit out the bone?
Battery?
master of puppets is top 1 eazy
...but... how... no Room of Mirrors????
The name of this video should be "15 top Metallica IN MY OPINION".
Choosing the very beggining of Blackened was ridiculous.
You dont like the beginning of Blackened?
Tbh a little sad …and Justice for all harmony isn’t here
Cliff was a huge part of Metallica. Cliff WAS and still IS Metallica. His influence shaped the band to be what it is today. But just subtract the load era and st anger
Orion should be higher 😢
Nvm 💀💀💀
damage inc is a cheap selection lol gotta put the blackened pre solo in there
eye of the beholder pre solo is top 2, not fade to black
One for me is top 10 but ok :/
why man you are not l'sten'ng heay metal
No way to far gone is not on here
Its a good one and all but its way too short
