Looks like a nice typical sub-division you'll find in US or Canada. However, the irrigation drains should be covered for safety of small children and the sidewalk for pedestrians should be ~6 " higher than the road. I already saw a vehicle parked on the sidewalk as if it's part of the road.
Amazing to see what Guyana is transforming into but I have a question and im asking sincerely, If it's a gated community most of the people want to buy something there due to the demographic of that community alongside privacy and most importantly safety. But if they just let anyone cross the "gates" what's the point? Unless you live there and im just making assumptions then I apologize.

I am not sure what you are showing, all I am seeing is the road ahead. You should be driving slowly and videoing the houses to have a clean view. Your video does not show the beauty of the houses. I hope you will correct this in the future. I am interested in moving back home after 50 years.
When are you going to stop building biscuit roads of poor quality and make proper roads and decent parents to pull over and park and proper road markings and posted speed limit signs and proper enforcement of speed limits and stop showing preferences for clan members and enforce rules fairly

Sidewalk should be raised at least six inches. That is just a dangerous design.
