Big house very small garden and far too expensive. Not building homes for Guyanese people..because they don't have $US Dollars. Guyana is land of 6 people's...future will be...who knows!

That's when you end up dealing with capitalist investors. home ownership should remain through the government land title process.
Well, it’s interesting to know that security is of the utmost priority and I would definitely pay them a visit when I’m in Georgetown. A nice home 🏡 to retire in after working hard 😓 in the cold 🥶. Keep up the good work guys! Good luck 🤞!

I was taken aback when the agent said Guyana was in the Caribbean, as far as I can remember Guyana is associated with the Caribbean culturally, but it's a South American country.

Caribbean is not a nationality neither an ethnicity, it's the inhabitants of the CARIBBEAN SEA, including Guyana, Surinam, French Guiana etc...

@@makedacampbell3520 yeah Guyana Surinam and French Guyane are Caribbean countries since they have shores on the Caribbean Sea, and definitely have a Caribbean culture, these 3 country have nothing in common with the latine American culture.
Well grab onto yuh panty elastic and BRACE yuhself, because Guyana is a mainland Caribbean country, even while being in South America. Fun fact: Georgetown is nicknamed " The Garden City of the Caribbean".

$4500 US dollars a month? HAHA! Absolutely not!. I live in the US and I am in Real Estate. This isn't worth the price. The majority of Americans don't even pay that much in monthly mortgage much less RENT!
I live in Florida and find that price to be insane.

@@gns3185 And you can get a far better house for rent in the US with a nice community for less than $4500. Not sure about California but I live in Georgia.

500k to 700k USD, prices of the land, furniture, furnishings and government taxes aren't known to me for my guess estimate.

The house could have shown itself. She did a half assed job, no communication with her perspective client. Would not buy a house from her.
I think what she did was for the camera. You don't know what happened behind the scene.
A regular standard home in Guyana 🇬🇾 for four thousand five hundred US $ a month, my God this is for the drug lords.

What? What's so rude about anything she said? Russians have a high standard in aesthetics that's all. Guyana is an up and coming nation- there's nothing so special about that decor in those townhouses- maybe for Guyanese it looks special. And they need different cultures to move into Guyana to add to the cultural myriad. And what you care about her face for? - you mad she not want you maybe
