i work in a brewery. a john guest fitting is what we use for CO2 / nitrogen cylinders when connecting to our kit. they also have fittings used in plumbing applications i think
I'm a trucker and have just finished my shift......... hauling John Guest products. I had a trailer full of PVC water pipes and "Speedfit" fittings. Now owned by RWC Reliance. Love your channel .
The run started at Ryton Coventry , then to Toolstation RDC at Daventry, then to the John Guest factory at Maidenhead, collect a full load of finished goods and return to the distribution centre at Ryton Coventry. We deliver in to all the big distribution sites...B&Q, Screwfix, ect.
This looks fantastic - cannot wait to use my Trend pocket Hole Jig - I just got some foam to keep it safe and housed :) looking forward to that too ! looks fabulous - That Ryobi one though - drooling over that one lol it would look soooooo good on my wall haaaaaa COUNTDOWN TO 100K yayyyyyyyy
@ShadowFoam The Erbauer and Evolution EXT line is cross compatible aswell which is really handy, I'm slowly building my collection up and all the tools seem to be just as high quality of a tool as some from the larger main brands at a much more friendly price range with just as much power
I love your love for tools and you have some great tips for tools to buy. It I can give you my top tip for cutting wood square with your circular saw - Put it onto the edge of the piece you are going to cut and them butt the saw edge up to it so you use it as a guide to move at 90 degrees across the wood.
Stanley....would be great to see! I love Stanley tools....they so last .... I still have a hammer I brought 25 years ago! Used it today to smash out some nails! Good and strong
You could do a Draper tool wall, they have both battery powered tools and hand tools although are more garage orientated. Laser tools are also garage orientated, but don't do a power tool range. Might be different, as there are some unique specialised garage tools out there.
John guest do a lot of plumbing fixings I only found this out last week when I bought a new tap for the kitchen and had to buy new pipes and fittings haha
Another grate pannel you should do a milwake power tool one then a bosch one i dont know how many tool and that bosch have like as i have not had a look and don't teand to use them.
Another great video! You don’t fancy working with us for our Makita tool collection? Our new garage is nearing completion and we need a solution for all our Makita cordless and hand tools.
I'd love to see your take, and technique on a crafting / Cricut / maker / arts & crafts accessory wall / stand. The tools & utensils used in crafts are mostly smaller & lighter than DIY or trade tools, but DAMN, there are a lot of them. I think showing how to display or organise some smaller, lightweight items would be a useful addition & resource on the channel. I'd be happy to send pics, measurements, links etc, of the myriad of pens, potions, tapes, tools, glues & gadgets I've amassed, but don't have the time or the talent to use properly.
That is something I’d hope to tackle more in the future! Wendy at Toonpish Crafts did some excellent Shadow Foam craft walls so I urge you to check them out too! 👍
do a Excel 18V 10 Piece Power Tool Kit from B&Q £505 also a few hand tools for a beginner in DIY and starting from scratch thats the tools im looking at getting would be a great help
A fully kitted wood workers toolkit would be nice to see! Hand tools., power tools the whole thing.. also a cool idea for a kit would realy be a fully mobile diy kit but like really all the stuff u need in and around the house
@@ShadowFoam I did catch it ! Just seems to be mostly hand tools , which is great!! I like the idea of separating hand tools from power tools , more panels means I have room for more tools ! Who doesn't need more tools ! Id also like to see some more edc stuff , or kits that should be paneled /cased , I just got the gear wrench set HD had on sale at Christmas great set, terrible plastic tray
So I just watched your Ryobi video, then this back to back, and I had the idea to make one of these but put a hinged lid on it and use it outside for garden tools! Just one quick question how would the foam stand up to being in a weatherproof box but technically still outside susceptible to cold, heat (this is the UK I'm talking about) and the obvious possibility of damp/ condensation?
really enjoy watch your build. its made me realise that i will now have to go out and purchase new matching tool before i do something myself as all my tools are different makes and my OCD wont allow me to wall mount them like that lol
Its a tough one, for handtools I've always been a fan of Irwin and power tools would have been hilti or festool (although both of these are very expensive especially for the amount i would use them) but watching your vids has opened up a whole new world of possibilities lol. Keep up the amazing content buddy 👍
I always thought the pocket holes go the other way, so the screws bite into more wood.. But the way you did the pocket holes here, they seem like they are biting into the tiny tiny part of the wood at the end? Am I thinking of this backwards?
Awesome just discovered your channel been binge watching videos top content 👌 would you try a Guild one do a range of tools there do at budget prices, got a impact driver and combi drill my self work brilliant 👏 😅
@@ShadowFoam I’d like to see a Bahco tool wall too. I have a Klein VDE tool kit which is an orange/black colour scheme, things I couldn’t get so easy in the Klein brand, I supplemented with Bahco. The Bahco stood against the more expensive Klein no problem.
What would be good if you compared the Milwaukee tools against the Dewalt tools. I’ve got all those Milwaukee hand tools as I’m a huge Milwaukee fan boy but even I have to admit some are pretty crap compared to my Wera or Knipex counterparts but I was hooked by the Milwaukee ‘one brand-itus’ disease 😂
10.8 v drivers & charger,18v impact driver, drill driver, multi tool, 125mm angle grinder, charger, accessories bits and drills the lists endless and the more i think about it probably cost prohibitive unless Festool would like to donate a few bits @@ShadowFoam

Another class tool wall display, got to get some ordered and get sorting and slicing, Thanks again

So happy to see you commenting here Claire, enjoyed watching you use the pocket hole jig and always excited to see what you do next with the foam! 👍
Loving all these tool wall style videos, would be brilliant to see an erbauer tool wall or large scale storage system
I have been mulling over doing Erbauer as I’ve noticed the range expanding a lot recently at my local B&Q

John Guest are a British company specialising in plumbing tools and fixings.
Really impressed with the stuff of theirs I have so far!

I am a big Bosch fan and would love to see either a Bosch handtool or powertool wall.
Funnily enough I am trying to put together a good Bosch collection! Great idea mate 👍
John Guest is the MK of the plumbing world. If it is push fit plumbing then good chance it's John Guest!
Thanks for the info! 👍
