Hey guys, I also went to Europe's Biggest Tool Fait to find quirky tools, check it out and let me know what you think here: ua-cam.com/video/Taa-zw4iwCQ/v-deo.html
These events orgs should sponsor you to promote their shows. I'd 100% have gone to that tool show, just didn't know about it! Fair play to the channel, great promotion for the industry and puts the community in really positive light! Nice work 🍻
Thank you for showing us your day! Being in Canada and a disabled vet, going is simply out of my ability. But watching you is like being there with a friend.
I didn't even know this fair was a thing before this video, you've got me contemplating about going to the one in Harrogate as I live in Newcastle. I bought some of your shadow foam for my Makita impact and drill and so happy with the results of it. Thank you very much!
Go for it! You’ll never know what you’ll find there! I’m not sure I’m going to that one but if I find myself there, I’d love to see some photos of your shadow foam project mate! 👍
Lol, I once bought a ‘magical-potato-chipper’ from a market demonstrator. Proudly demonstrated it to the family by slicing my thumb off at a 45 degree angle. The safety grip was still in the bag.😳
I have just come upon your channel. How have I missed all your honest commentary and tool reviews? Great explanations during your visit to the London Tool Fair. Your content reviews have shown me several new tools that I have purchased. Thank you.
Saved me going to the show and spending loads of cash! Cheers mate. BigFoam lining in the van vault draws, great idea, save kit bashing against each other due to the thousands of speed bumps im surrounded by.
Passed my full motorbike test last year and I like to be hands on with, so I always like to try and fix/service my bike myself. With that been said I’m trying to build up a reliable toolbox with good quality and affordable tools and your channel is definitely helping with that 😊
Recently found your channel, originally looking for foam storage tips for firearms. But the tools and toolbox cuts have got me seriously reorganising my garage workshop. Love it! Freebeis always good!
That’s pretty cool! I really like that Stanley fatmax tradelift.. I knew clamps like Irwin you can change the direction of the feet and can make it to where it pushes instead of pulls.. the first video I have ever seen of your and I really liked the variety of tools at that trade show..
I have to confess I didn’t think this was going to be a video I would watch to the end BUT, I did. It’s an easy watch and great info on some really useful gear. Thank you
I have one of those 8in 1 tools and it’s been pretty good, I’ve had mine for about 20 years and to be fair I had forgotten about the other functions, looks like I’ll be digging it out again, mines a blue colour and definitely did the job well. Keep going pal loving the show.
Loved the tools you picked up. Impressed with the cable shears. Great video always like the overhead shot showing the layout. Picking up tips every video i watch .
I'M not sure whether you are selling, educating or entertaining - a mixture of all three I think, but this video held my interest so thank you for making it.
I’m glad to see that plastic stapler. Imma have to get one cause I could really use it asap. Thanks for introducing us to it. I’d love to see a video all about it.
Good video and snippets of the tool show. Like the ck and wera tools. The torque screw handle is great not just for electrical work but for motor trades.
Awesome video, I'm sucker for quirky tools and that screwdriver definitely ticks the box. That Level is great but those viking tools/trade lift definitely have my interest. I wonder how long that cutting will hold up.
@7:13 it seems like those combo sharpener / tile cutters have been around forever! As a kid in the 60s I remember going to the Ideal Home Show in London (Earl's Court, maybe?) and seeing them, I think the patter was the same back then. Of course, we bought one. 😊
Great introduction of tool fairs, didn't know it. Wiha screwdriver is great and a spacesaver, they have lots of other cool hardware that save you time!
hi guys new to the channel. I’m a support worker I look after guys with learning difficulties. I also do a little bit of maintenance. I’ve got a guy with Dan syndrome who helped me Stumbled across this channel, but absolutely love it keep up the good work.
hello Jonathan, well, to create the ultimate elektriciaNS toolkit, I wanted to make it as small and light as possible, but still needet to get everything in that I'd use regulary. So I tried to go with the Stanley Cantilever FMST1-71219, becaurce I'd think it would fit everything I need. I even asked you guy's to make some inlay's for that, as it is a really complicated inside shape. Donna told me you guy's where too busy to make the inlay's, and I do understand that, so I had to make them myself, using your papersheet cuttung and sticking method. It was a real pain, but I finally got it. I'll make shure to send you some footage of the completed box!
Tool fair looked right up my street nice of you to do a video of all the different things that are available love shadow foam great product 😊 keep up the great work
Great video mate! Good to see these types of things in the UK, Get jealous of all the videos of tools coming out in the US. 1st time seeing your Shadow Foam, looks like some awesome stuff.
Going bolton on friday, iam a bricklayer but i find there is not a lot for bricklayers, but love looking around, hope to see you there, enjoy the rest of your week😊
I got one of those 8 in one tools from Paul a few years ago. Great little thing to have in your bag. Only downside was getting replacement blades was nigh on impossible
First time viewing love it . Bought that multi tool in the 70,s at a show in Earls Court London It was made of cast metal back then similar demonstration as well, I even still use it.
33:04 Cool channel Jonathan just seen you for the first time and I’m loving the concept of shadow foam. So many times I leave a screwdriver somewhere or go to help a mate and they half-inch one: not with Shadow Foam as there’s a cut out without its tool. Smashing!

Loved that guys demonstration of the cutting tool
Seems quite useful!
It's the most useless tool (to me) but because of he's sales pitch and he's brief lesson on how to cut glass , I want the tool so badly 🫠🤣
that guy has been demonstrating that for easily 20+ years, i think its a few brothers that demo it.
Hello from North Wales! Good to hear you giving us a shout. I had no idea tool fairs were a thing, and for that my wallet is truly thankful.
Thank you for showing us your day! Being in Canada and a disabled vet, going is simply out of my ability. But watching you is like being there with a friend.
P.S. the screwdriver that pops open is absolutely the coolest! Never seen that before!
Gawd, your website is like a candy store! I want one of each! Hahahahaha, Love it bro!
Dangerous place to go, I would be bankrupt!
And I'd be divorced
The 'bent screwdriver' is a WAGO insert extract tool. No only are they specific widths but the angle of the taper is specific as well.
I didn't even know this fair was a thing before this video, you've got me contemplating about going to the one in Harrogate as I live in Newcastle. I bought some of your shadow foam for my Makita impact and drill and so happy with the results of it. Thank you very much!

me too
Top videos always. May see you at Bolton, wera and wiha will get hammered from me. Nice to know CK are British which I never knew.
The sales patter from the 8 in 1 cutter guy was very well rehearsed sounded like he used to work on a market stall
Thanks for taking us on this mini-tour of the show!
These guys that demonstrate tools are very good, the stuff they sell never seems to be quite so good when you get it home!
Realistically, is anything ever as good as it's sold? Just in general 😅
Lol, I once bought a ‘magical-potato-chipper’ from a market demonstrator. Proudly demonstrated it to the family by slicing my thumb off at a 45 degree angle. The safety grip was still in the bag.😳
My wife bought a gadget that prints British pounds in a shop but prints American dollars when operated
at home...how they scam buyers!😢😢
I was out for a date once, I payed for the restaurant and wine and TAXI to my home... In that way I learned exactly this...
Addictive viewing! Man your presentation is super slick, 30 mins flew by. Love the level and will be adding to the box.
Love the Wiha multi-bit screwdriver, specially the way it pops out😆
I can’t do it without making the noise 😅
"Wiha" got you on a check!! Would love some socks pan and a screwdriver if you are looking for a good comment
On a check indeed Ben, fingers crossed you win in our tombola!
@@ShadowFoam thank you 👍
I’m loving the Crate Mate system. I think I could make an ace archery toolkit with it and shadow foam 👍🏹👍
Hadn’t come across you before but love the way you operate and comment on the tools.
Well done.
I love all gadgets so you show is heaven to me. The more tools you show the better. And your commentary is great. Thanks a lot.
Thanks John, I appreciate that! 👍
I have just come upon your channel. How have I missed all your honest commentary and tool reviews? Great explanations during your visit to the London Tool Fair. Your content reviews have shown me several new tools that I have purchased. Thank you.
Props to the tool demo guy, that man deserves a raise.
Paul is a total pro! 👌
mooi om te zien dat er steeds nieuwe gereedschap word ontwikkeld
Viking arm only has a patent from 2019, but I have seen very similar lifting tools for windows and doors 10 or 11 years ago
Thanks for taking us to the show. Would have dropped by myself but Canada is a bit to far away
Love the Wiha multi-bit screwdriver, no need for a box of screwdrivers when you have it all in one, awesome!
Totally agree!
These are fun to watch. Interesting to discover new tools like that spirit level with the adjustable centre points.
Saved me going to the show and spending loads of cash! Cheers mate. BigFoam lining in the van vault draws, great idea, save kit bashing against each other due to the thousands of speed bumps im surrounded by.

Great honest video. Like the fact that you speak your mind and are not stuck on one manufacturer. Well done.
Hi Dave, wouldn't waste time making the video if I couldn't speak my mind, thanks for picking up on that!
Hello from west cost of Ireland. Great video. Will definitely try to go to another show they look great.
That’s pretty cool! I really like that Stanley fatmax tradelift.. I knew clamps like Irwin you can change the direction of the feet and can make it to where it pushes instead of pulls.. the first video I have ever seen of your and I really liked the variety of tools at that trade show..
Thank you from Australia, for showing us what the trade expose are like in the UK
I have to confess I didn’t think this was going to be a video I would watch to the end BUT, I did. It’s an easy watch and great info on some really useful gear. Thank you
I also have a suspicion that there are going to be a lot of peeps practising the MCB challenge before going to the other venues!
The idea of having markers on the level is superb
Thank you for saving me a fortune by going to the fair! I got to see the stuff and not empty my wallet..... LOL. CHEERS MATE
I have one of those 8in 1 tools and it’s been pretty good, I’ve had mine for about 20 years and to be fair I had forgotten about the other functions, looks like I’ll be digging it out again, mines a blue colour and definitely did the job well. Keep going pal loving the show.
That was nice of them to give you extra stuff to give away.
Great video. Keep up the good work
Loved the tools you picked up. Impressed with the cable shears. Great video always like the overhead shot showing the layout. Picking up tips every video i watch .
Would love a video on the ultimate electrical tool kit you are building.
I’ll definitely put it together in the future on this channel! 👍
Love the way the bits pop out of the back of that Wiha screwdriver.
Thanks for showing us the tool fair. I am so going to one now after your walk round. Amazing!
Really interesting range of tools you saw, tried and tested!
Finger's crossed for the giveaway!
I'M not sure whether you are selling, educating or entertaining - a mixture of all three I think, but this video held my interest so thank you for making it.
Just stumbled upon your channel, really enjoying you videos pal
Nice prize for 5 lucky people
I’m glad to see that plastic stapler. Imma have to get one cause I could really use it asap. Thanks for introducing us to it. I’d love to see a video all about it.
Never even thought about going to a tool fair, even after I worked for Hilti for the Olympics.
Cracking video!
Good video and snippets of the tool show. Like the ck and wera tools. The torque screw handle is great not just for electrical work but for motor trades.
Seems like a fun time! That screwdriver looks very neat.
Just love the way you demonstrate how easy it is to make inserts.
Thanks mate! That is my goal, it is easy and I’d love more people to give it a go!
Awesome video, I'm sucker for quirky tools and that screwdriver definitely ticks the box. That Level is great but those viking tools/trade lift definitely have my interest. I wonder how long that cutting will hold up.

Great video! I coulda used that viper clip when rewiring the workshop, looks like a great tool
That was a proper fidget toy/screwdriver Great to keep somewhere away from main tool storage where you might need it

More to come!
Nicely done, good energy, tons of information. Cheers.
Clever edit on the guy who butchered the corner of that tile with his tool haha!
Super impressed with the 8 in 1 cutter. Well demonstrated! Hunted it on Google immediately.
Brilliant tools! Can't get enough of them!
Going bolton on friday, iam a bricklayer but i find there is not a lot for bricklayers, but love looking around, hope to see you there, enjoy the rest of your week😊
Just found your channel and found it interesting so I'll be watching more of them. Cheers Paul
Trade shows have awesome free stuff 😎
Did they give out any stickers? I love stickers
I didn’t see any stickers but that’s not to say some booths didn’t, I just didn’t get around to them as the show was so big!
I didn't know about tool fairs before I saw this video. Thanks for that, I'm just off to see where the next one is at.
Yet another awesome innovative tool from Wera❤️❤️❤️❤️😊
Great video, never seen a tool show before so was great to see what goes on. Will definitely have to visit one in the future.
You should! Tickets are free, so no harm, no foul!
I got one of those 8 in one tools from Paul a few years ago. Great little thing to have in your bag. Only downside was getting replacement blades was nigh on impossible
First time viewing love it . Bought that multi tool in the 70,s at a show in Earls Court London
It was made of cast metal back then similar demonstration as well, I even still use it.
Hi from Scotland, that Wiha screwdriver reminds me of one of those 1950's cocktail cabinets. Fidget central!!
Very nice summary, gutted I missed that tool fair, some nice gear 👍🏻
Next time mate! 👍
33:04 Cool channel Jonathan just seen you for the first time and I’m loving the concept of shadow foam. So many times I leave a screwdriver somewhere or go to help a mate and they half-inch one: not with Shadow Foam as there’s a cut out without its tool. Smashing!
Absolutely Paul, you've got the hang of it right away!
This is the first time I have watched your channel, thank you for showing me some cool tools
My pleasure mate, which tool stood out to you?
That wiha screwdriver set is perfect for jobs around the house, definitely need to pick one of those up!
Good job, nice video with great interaction with the exhibition and the hard working exhibitors
Been watching you for ages now. Particularly liked the shadow foam video with Mr Furze
Thanks Mark, appreciate you watching all this time mate! 👍
Relatively new DIYer and building quite a hefty tool collection already, loving these videos!
Glad you like them! What’s your tool collection look like so far?
