I am probably wrong on this thought but that Cryptic Spires was not only hilarious but seriously might be super rare and probably the only card in the set that defaces the card. The Magic symbol in the bottom left will make it different then the millions people threw away or stacked in bulk bins. I have watched so far like 10 of these boxes be opened and only seen that one. 10 Urza sagas but just 1 cryptic spires.
Control the court is a chase foil because it was originally printed in portal 3 kingdoms, and this is its only foil printing. The scarcity of that card in foul is incredibly high, because of how large the foil sheet is in combination with how few will exist.
you're absolutely right - to be honest some of the listings floating out there right now at 200$ feels really low

I've watched quite a few Mystery 2 openings now. I think your pricing is quite generous in most cases. The boxes and collector's packs vary so much! Some boxes have many dupes and others none! One channel hit a foil Jeweled Lotus out of those loose packs! I'll just say that this Festival in a Box is cool!😀 But Volatile!

I was watching some reactions to the banning of jeweled lotus and mana crypt. And noticed your thumbnail.
How convenient that the collector booster promos are lost caverns and commander masters. Since those are the 2 most recent sets that will suffer the most with these bannings.

Dude I am so mad by this you have no idea. Both those cards deserve to be in and I very much hope they reverse their decision

Or maybe Wotc is working on the replacements cards and want to raise the prices for those sets.
