RMVnews Ride Along Episode 20 | LARGE FIRE Consumes A Residential Structure

RMVnews documented a power line hazard with Rock Hill Fire Engine 1 responding to Workman Street. No power lines were down, but there was an issue with one of the utility poles. Lesslie Fire, Oakdale Fire, and Piedmont EMS responded to a structure fire. The caller reported that the back deck was on fire and upon arrival of the first fire department member, the fire had spread to the entire house and it was fully involved. Lesslie Fire along with Riverview Fire responded to another grass fire behind Strikers Bowling Center in Rock Hill after multiple grass fires recently that were caused by power lines.

It was ironic, i was thinking - hand lines aren't enough - they need master streams. Immediately after I thought that, you showed E1 starting their deck gun!

Gotta have the hydrants first. They use water tenders/tankers here.

Engine 1 had a water supply. You could see the 4" bumper feed line
