Hi I am a 68 year old T2. I had a A1c of 11.6 taking 150 units of insulin aday. I stopped my medication and went on a keto diet. I went from 250 pounds to 182 in this last year without medication. My last A1c was 6.7. I am going next week for blood work. My blood sugar has been 140 two hrs after eating. I eat 2 meals a day. I couldn't get much lower. I ordered advanced glucose formula and it arrived today. I took 2 capsules at noon and ate a salad. Ate my dinner at4.00 and took 2 capsules with dinner. Two hours later my sugar was 107. Omg after just taking 4 capsules I am 107 after eating. THANK YOU THANK YOU for creating this wonderful formula. I have been taking Berberine and Flaxseed and Bitter melon and it did not bring my numbers down. THIS FORMULAR WORKS. I HAVE BEEN DIABETIC FOR 12YEARS. I AM POSITIVE MY A1C WILL BE NON DIABETIC MY NEXT BLOOD TEST.
    GOD BLESS DR.

This is good to know, both my husband and I are diabetics. We have arguments about food, I guess he doesn't care as much as I do. I have lost 14 lbs already but I have stalled out on weight loss. Any suggestions on how to keep my bloodsugar up overnight. Been dropping below 90 most mornings.

I eat grassfed pasture raised eggs, any meat and make bone broth with beef oxtails . Whole foods market have these at 9.99/pound and I can find the best deal sirloin grassfed pasture raised organic at sprouts market for 6.99/pack of 6oz, good for a day meals. It's not too bad, if you can eat mc donald why can't you afford grassfed? I stopped eating out and make my own meals since starting the pandemic. I save so much cooking at home and eat excellent nutritious foods.
By the way, Dr Ergin, from last week I cut down completely high carb foods, eat protein and keto friendly veggies /fruits (am not on keto diet), sleep 1 hour earlier than my regular schedule and last meal at 7pm. My blood glucose fasting test are consecutively 105, 104, 99, 95, 94, 90, and 75 this morning. A huge difference with a bit of changes after one week. I finally got down to 75 the first time in decades. I was constantly over 110 for 2 decades with my stubborn blglucose even I fast daily for a year (16 to 20 hours variation). Watching your videos help me get my goal, finally. Thank you! Forgot to tell you I also double my daily walk.

A couple of years ago, after I learned how to cook fairly decently, I went through a souffle making phase. Though I am pre-diabetic, I recently discovered there are lots of souffle recipes which are okay to eat if you're pre-diabetic given souffles usually have many eggs (3-6), 2 tablespoons each butter and flour, a little milk, then whatever you want as a main flavor such as asparagus, crabmeat, broccoli, spinach, etc. Therefore, you needn't give up your culinary arts as a diabetic! Merely find some healthy souffles to make.

Another interesting video! I was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic in May this year and then thanks to a high iron level I was tested and found to have the genes for Haemochromatosis. When my Doctor first saw the ferritin level he said the haemochromatosis might be the cause of my diabetes, which from what I have read means type 3c diabetes or secondary diabetes. If that is the case how can they tell the difference between the types of diabetes? I am hoping it was caused by my weight as Type 2 (from what I read) is easier to live with!

I am a senior and I have been diabetic for over 15 years. I only eat meat maybe once a week and I try to eat lots of vegetables. In the last year I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency and was advised by my doctor to get B12 injections. I have had several injections but they make my arms sore. It was suggested that I take a liquid B12 supplement. Will a liquid supplement help my iron deficiency as well as injections?

You could fix all three by simply eating more beef. Recent Harvard study showed T2D could be reversed fairly quickly on an all beef diet. Meat and greens may be a reasonable compromise.

I would only eat the occasional liver dinner and occasional hamburger or steak medallions on salad, for example. That way you avoid the toxin for the most part especially if your guts' 'transit time' is less than 24 hours.
