them all motor f150's are NASTY too. im surprised how well they are right out the factory, one of the few great things fords done... now if only the truck wasn't 12 foot tall looking. i miss the mid 90's trucks lol. AND BRING BACK PROPER MINI TRUCKS!
bruh, I didn't even know this was a 337 Speed video when I clicked it. I just seen AWD Corvette motor in a truck and instantly clicked. Just icing on the cake!
this is the average 337 speed video formula: Make an INSANELY cool car/truck then edit it incredibly and get WAYYY less views then deserved. We gotta get this man to #1.
Its a car 😂 well, truck but my point still stands. The fun comes in driving them not watching other people drive them and talk about factoty triple overhead spinny differential turbo camshafts with 350mm superchargers, rocket fuel and go faster stripes with an abcd control arm and 10:4 compression 🥱
You had me at air conditioning. This is my bar for a real, true street vehicle. Especially living in these hot AF states like Louisiana(or in my case, Florida). The rest is impressive don't get me wrong, but that's a huge props from me for keeping that A/C.
Facts. People say "street car" and it's a fast ride that's missing AC, radio, power steering etc and CRUISE CONTROL 😂 like bro that car isn't enjoyable on the street after the first 15min go by.
You are so articulate and you describe things in such detail man, it has been and is such a pleasure learning things from you about cars. Thank you for existing
I had an 08 tundra. Floored that mf EVERY DAMN DAY no lie. 225k miles never needed anything but a starter. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I've had 7 Toyotas over the years and none of them ever really gave me issues. Of the 2 GM vehicles I've owned, I've been replacing parts since the day I got them. Lol and I'm not a GM hater by any means, look at my name up here
@@swappedoutZ71 I think you might have missed the joke about Toyota recalling a bunch of Tundras and big Lexus SUVs to replace engines that trashed bearings.
Man, this is the kind of truck I have been dreaming about since the colorado/canyon came out! This new twist on the syclone, I mean Psyclone is so damn cool! Also y’all being from around here is pretty damn cool too. Been watching you for quite a while, pretty awesome to see you poppin off!
Love all these swap and rebuild videos on yt these days. Hellcat motor in a Dakota, demon engine in a Ram srt10, coyote engine in a Ranger, voodoo engine in a Bronco...now this Canyon build. Cant get enough of this stuff!
Those are some gorgeous exhausts running from that block and man I bet UA-cam does no justice to how it sounds. I PRAY that you "sleep" this build tho, have it on 5 spoke alloys, clean paint, fishbowl glass windows. Let those incredible parts do all the talking. Just my opinion though and I am all here for whatever comes next!!!
Love this. The first build I did was a 92 small block S-10. I learned a lot from that build back in 2010. Spent 18 grand total and had an awesome low 12 sec street truck. No regrets and am going to do it again soon.
Great video. Love unusual builds, especially when they're documented better than just in shop vlogs. Also that truck is gonna be ridiculous. 3500lbs is like 400 less than an R35, and you're displacing 6.7L. nuts.
Back in 05 I’m sitting at a stop light in my civic coupe in Wisconsin. And a 02 S10 with a skinny old man pulls up. The thing was chopping like crazy, bobbing back and fourth and had slicks. I get waxed and literally back off from to much smoke. . See him at the gas station. Start chatting. Crazy fully built NA LS6 with ford rear end. These truck are no joke. Ugly but fast AF!’
Super cool build. Colorado/Canyons/Isuzus are just BEGGING for swaps- Plenty of engine bay, RWD, compatible with trailblazer/H3 stuff- I'm working on a trailblazer 4.2 swap rn
Thanks 337 for featuring a 355. It’s a tight build but so rewarding as its size makes it practical. Those asymmetrical motor mount perches are not for the novice either. From the steering shaft to the rack or lines. Own 7 Colorados and have used all my skill set in them 20 years.
Instant like, comment, and subscribe! This is such an under utilized platform. Nice to see someone not only doing it, but taking it to an absolute different level.
Love to see the "stages" of the build starting small. Too many people going all in off rip and throwing 1000+ whp at a chassis that isnt tested. Can't wait to see what it turns into over the years tho 😈
Awesome! One word does it all for this one. 4 slicks and a turbo with small turbine housing to get boost up quick out of the hole. Firm shifts without eeking the tires, extreme weight reduction, I'm talking aluminum skins on the doors, lexan back window, hole saw the inner fenders to swiss cheese & below the back window seal. The biggest thing I think left would be to eliminate chassis flex as much as possible via cage & boxing all openings in the frame. Ya really want to spice it up on holeshot I would mini tube the box with another 1" inward on each side to get just that little bit extra traction as I saw the back tires wanting to break loose and the fronts don't. Trick to get even hookup with the viscous coupler to all wheels is to run a little bit wider tire to get the power to be a little bit more even to all wheels. It may be expensive if you can even get a replacement viscous coupler but if the unit has higher mileage they tend to loose their grip when they heat up from friction but the biggest reason may be to ease the thought of it exploding under hard launches and ruining the case or worse, an over rev situation. Just things to make it reliable and feel like a FN missile right out of the hole on right up threw till shift. Sweet AF!
Im a Chevy guy and after watching this vid I tried ordering a 2024 Silverado with a single-cab short bed 4x4 but unfortunately Chevy only offers a 4 cylinder engine. $44k for a 4 cylinder? Ill pass
This is going to be an insane build hope you have fun with this build 337, these builds are always surprising because they all use different engines and are the perfect sleeper vehicles. Keep up the good work.

I love this, but I saw the title and thought HELL YESS!! I've thought about an AWD vette for a while. It'd be slick to see an AWD Corvette going head to head with No Production Value Garage's AWD S550 Mustang.
Um, been following you for a minute. How is it that I never knew you all built things? I only have seen the documentary videos. Have I been asleep?1 lmao Thing is nuts!

Just been waiting for the Colorados and Canyons to get used for builds like this.... following in the S-10's footsteps hahahah
I built a canyon 4 years ago and doing a s10 now. It's limited stuff available compared to the s10 especially suspension stuff.
Watched this a couple times now, hands down my favorite build online! Patiently waiting for part 2!!
It’s coming this week👍
1:01 you said Syclone. I'm in.
Lingenfelter made an AWD TT 427 Sonoma that was my childhood dream truck. Bravo. the vibes are real.

Rod knock is an underappreciated feature. So much even Toyota offers it on the Tundra.
