Hamburger Pasta Casserole

Hamburger Pasta Casserole
3/4 Box of Rotini pasta (1 lb.), cooked
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. of cooked hamburger
1/2 diced medium onion
6-7 sliced mushrooms
3 T. flour
vegetable oil
little bit of milk
3 C. water
2 tsp. Better than Boullion paste
Grated cheddar cheese
Cook onion with hamburger, seasoning with salt and pepper and garlic powder as you go. Add cooked noodles or pasta to hamburger. Brown sliced mushrooms and add the flour and some vegetable oil if needed. Add Better than Boullion to hot water and let dissolve. Cook flour and mushrooms together and add the beef broth. Whisk until smooth and add the beef broth and whisk. Add some milk. If needed add a flour slurry to thicken. Add homemade cream of mushroom soup to the hamburger and pasta. Spray an 8x8 inch pyrex dish with PAM. Pour casserole into the pan and add cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutets
