1/4avocado
1 scoop of Collagen Powder
1/4 cup of mixed frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen organic spinach
3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon of chia seeds 1
1 1/2 - 2 cups of coconut water - hands down the best form of hydration

I began intermittent fasting on May 1,2020 and have lost 88 lbs. I also eat Keto with an occasional sweet. I love berries too. Thank you for the video and advocating for healthy clean eating.

Are you doing HRT? I’d love a video on perimenopause/menopause and what you’re doing to help with that! Love all your videos!
Genetics has a lot to do with it, too. I’ve always been thin and that’s just how I’m built. I only do some pushups and maybe 50-60 half sit-ups maybe 5 days out of 7. I walk, but not everyday. I have chronic back pain (2 rods going the length of my back). I’m not a huge water drinker but trying to drink a few cups per day. I do love sugar but try to not eat as much as I did.

As someone who gave up drinking alcohol 2-1/2 years ago, I don’t even bother with one or two drinks here and there. That little alcohol doesn’t even affect me and I’ll just want more. My health has skyrocketed since I gave it up. I don’t even miss it.

Heather you should research Dr John McDougall. I am 72 and on a whole food low fat plant based diet for 13 years. I am in excellent shape with minimal exercise. Americans get too much protein.

Heather Im 57. I have been doing the Optivia diet for the last year. Lost 25 lbs but gained 7. Ugh. So trying to get the recently gained off. My problem is I love cake.
I work for a shipping company so im in and out of the truck all day so i have no desire to go to a gym

Weird that you felt funny in shorts but sport a bikini like a pro… a lot of women wear bathing suits but don’t wear shorts?
