If you suffer from negative thinking

  • It's actually much, much easier to rid ourselves of negative thinking than you'd think. The only catch is that you need to know precisely HOW, and the answer cannot be found in the cliches that our culture tosses about.
Negative thinking is a bicycle that we're pedaling. How to bring the bike to a stop?
    1) Stop pedaling,
    2) Allow the momentum to wear itself out.
In this video I'll teach you how to do precisely that. Enjoy!

Once someone has shared a thought with you, there's little that can be done about receiving it. You've just received it! It's done. But if it's a thought that troubles you - being troubled by the thought NOW makes it real in your world. Better to just acknowledge the thought and say 'interesting point of view!'
