Just wanted to say thanks, I got a smoker last summer and I always use this channel as a guide for everything I smoke on my pit boss pellet smoker. Keep the side dishes coming too!
Pro-tip. If you're in a hurry swing in Costco and grab one of their take and bake mac and cheese. Smoke it a bit and stir in some heavy cream once it starts to dry out. I'll usually top with a little more cheese. Yours is certainly better but I'm also extremely lazy sometimes...😂
That sounds great, and I’m going to try it. I also wonder if it wouldn’t be fabulous to add some pulled pork in the mac & cheese mix before throwing it back in the smoker.
Mine is the pro series 1150. I upgraded to this model about 2 years ago. It does ten degree increments up to 300 and then switches to 25 and then at 400 goes up by 50 to 500 and then High setting. I don’t think there is any way to change it unfortunately if your model isn’t programmed that way.
All charcoal over here. Using a well-sealed, cheap barrel grill with the Flameboss 500 controller - smoke, BBQ and grill. I repurposed my wife's metal funnel to attach the FB to the air inlet.

That is an awesome tip! 👍
My friends did this, and it was excellent when you don’t have time to prep
My son did this and it was so good. He got his at Costco as well.
Awesome video! Loved the showcase on how you made the sauce.
Thank you so much!
Nice. There are just so many ways to make a great Mac N Cheese.
Very true!

Or smoked brisket. I've had that b4 at a work outing and it was delicious
Brisket, bacon, pulled pork…all will be good, have fun with it! Thanks for watching.

Thank you!! Let us know how it comes out!

How about that beer cheese soup recipe?
It’s really good bakeitafterall.com/beer-cheese-soup/
My pitboss looks identical to yours, but mine doesn't adjust in 10⁰ increments. Is there a way i can make mine do that?

You can send your screen into pit boss and they’ll fix it that way for you
You added wood and charcoal to add a more smokey flavor to your smoker ? You kids and your easy bake ovens
Sure did. Thanks for watching!
