Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.

Good to see that Mirafit half-rack being put to good use it was a great piece of kit to have in my 'lockdown' garden gym.
I think Mirafit is great kit does what says on the tin unlike some people who say Rogue is better when they sell the same shit for double the price or triple if you lucky

I hate front squats so much, but they're so good for growth and targeting the quads & core.

Any advice for holding front squats? Whenever I try, it hurts my shoulders, upper chest or inside elbows. Idk how exactly to hold it, clearly.
