When does no contact start working? When will no contact start to work on your ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend?

In other videos, relationship expert Coach Lee speaks about stages that your ex will go through after a breakup when you have implemented the no contact rule.
In this video he talks about when the no contact rule starts working and has the most influence on your ex.
As Lee has discussed in other videos and on his website, the no contact rule is an effective way of getting your ex to miss you and, very often, to want to get back together with you.
It is important that you stay strong and believe in the process even though it is difficult.
No contact will bring results with your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend when they lose the ability to expect you to reach out and when they begin experiencing feelings of loss.
At the breakup, the person who was broken up with feels the most loss while the person who did the dumping doesn't feel as much, if any.

If you stay in contact with them, they will see you as always being there, waiting around on them, and a permanent option if they ever want you back.
The No Contact Rule changes that to where your ex sees that you have the strength to stay away from them and to move on with your life.
This is how you can introduce the fear of loss into the breakup for your ex.

A lot of breakups are ugly either to do cheating or extreme anger/bitterness that develops when you are in pain. So a lot of the "an ex is an ex for a reason" people are those who have experienced bad breakups where they don't want the other person back.
My ex was very cruel to me once I tried to suggest working things out with her about a week after she dumped me. I could definitely see people turning bitter and never wanting them back after being kicked when you are down.
I've done a lot of soul searching though and I don't blame her for it. She was very apologetic and guilty up until the point where I tried to talk her into staying. She only became cruel to make me go away. I'm trying not to take it personally.

100% true.. The only time a girl came back to me, was when I stopped caring about her 100%, and my energy started to shift towards another girl.. Ironically enough, the girl that made me stop caring about the other girl that came back, is now the ex that broke up with me, that led me to these channels.. Funny right? Lol.. After 90 days of NC I basically tore up the tracks and rail ties that were between us and I moved on. The outcome? I found someone even better and she is not a rebound. NC also helps you get over your ex too.

It was a big text, it's like a apologize for all the things what happend. But we had problems for over a year, she even got a guy after me. But than month later, she text back, she wanted to trigger my emotions. I fight back, because I dont want that cheating bitch back. But in her text, she tell me, let's meet up and talk. I didn't want her, so after a couple weeks, she was with the other guy. So yeah I was an ass at the end, but still she wanted to back. If they see u move on, they will come. I was needy as fuck, but she still came back. I had another one, I break her heart, I was a idiot. After month, she came again. Just do u stuff, if she come fuck her. It's bullshit to have small talk, she can easily get bored, so just go and ask, she text you, because she want you attention. Just focus on your shit and just answer when she text, that back away. NC can work yes in specific situations. Not in all circumstances. If she has lost all attraction for you why the NC would work? non sense...she will for SURE move on and find another dude while you are waiting 90 days for her. NC works if there is a bit of attraction left. Dan Bacon says....you have to interact face to face preferably and re attract her

Immerse yourself in nature and take yourself out on dates (just you by yourself so you can enjoy your own company). Play video games, watch movies, make yourself super busy making a lot of money, get into a fun hobby (skating or art).
Just do stuff that you feel are fun for yourself.

No contact starts working when you truly "Do not want them back." My ex started texting me by asking me "hey how's things? hope all is well" I ofcourse ignored it...cuz I don't even think about her any longer. She's still trying to get me back and it seems that the more I ignore her the longer her text messages get. I'm glad that she was the dumper so that I don't have to feel guilty. And honestly, I couldn't be happier that she will no longer be a part of my life or even in the circle of my close friends. God works in mysterious ways. Just stay strong and watch the dumper come crawling and begging for another chance to get together.

You come to the realization that you need to move on when it requires so much effort to get them back, and then all of a sudden you remember the bad times and what they put you through. Then you have a breakthrough: they are not worth your time, your thoughts and your efforts. The bad times probably outweigh the good times. You start negotiating in your head if this is really worth it. That's when you heal; then you don't care, and THEN, only then, they come back. But ironically you don't want them anymore. This happened to me twice. And I really really did not want them back. It was too late. And it took them by surprise. Some people are so full of themselves and so damn entitled.

Here's the thing! If you all take a look back at your whole dating history through life then you can probably remember exes contacting you eventually or yourselves reaching out eventually. That proves people do get in touch eventually.
Take a look at it this way. We've all had fallouts with friends or family members and not spoken for days or weeks ect and then finally one of you contacts the other and you sort it out.
It's the same with exes if you truly love each other or have a close bond.
People don't just forget that. You just worry and pine too much with exes.
Big facts. All my exes would eventually reach out and I was a cheater lol. But they forget about the bad after awhile and just remember the bond and chemistry. That’s hard to find. But by then I done got over them.

You really have to ask yourself if you want your ex back after they've spent time with someone else. There were many weekends when you were alone or out with friends while they were together. That's what usually happens. They come back too late. When you had enough time to remember their BS and you realize they are not worth your time or effort. NC does work, but it usually happens when you don't want them anymore.

Day 28 and I've reached inner peace. I'm learning to detach from the mind. This is far deeper than just getting an ex back . It leads you to self realization which causes you not to need anyone. I ended it even though I love him.

Thanks for these videos. Took two weeks of no contact until he reached out. Found out he was in a rebound relationship. He told me how unhappy he is and how he feels like he lost everything by breaking up with me. Then after casual conversations, he started being cold and cruel to me again. Now I’m back to doing no contact and I’m heartbroken for a second time. I don’t even want him back.

@@snehasutradhar4598 How would I have known he’d get in a rebound? Lol… Rebounds are common. He was also emotionally abusive and I was very young and naive, so that’s why I stayed with him. It was my first relationship and I’m obviously older now and have learned that it was extremely toxic. I wouldn’t allow that kind of treatment in my life ever again.

I mostly get lost in deep notions when I'm all alone and I don't want to get lost into the overthinking about my ex. Just wanted to thank you Coach Lee! You got me through some hard times, but you were absolutely right about everything you talk about!
People don't breakup with you for no reason (in most situations). But sometimes just as us they make mistakes this what makes us human. My advice for "how to get your girlfriend back" or No contact is just search your feelings try to work for yourself and eventually one day your ex is gonna reach out but if you want them back in your life is not sure if yes that's great you know what to do but if not your have a beautiful new yourself for someone new. For every one who's got dumped just like me stay positive things do not happen for no reason I know it's hard and painful but if you get through you are gonna be stronger and much happier. 2 weeks ago we broke up because of his kids and him pushing them onto me way too soon as the step mum. He wants to be good friends but I'm doing the NCR forever as he's not accessing my support anymore. I'm done and feeling way better about it.. good guy paid a lot of money back, gave my stuff back as soon as he could...me still no contact...he is not enough for me to give him my precious energy anymore 💪

Man this guy really hits home with his points!! I'm doing No contact it's been about 2 weeks and I'm starting to see myself that I dont want to text her . She walked out of my life and couldn't handle my flaws and I deserve better and I hope she sees that one day

My bf broke up with me a week and a half ago. I was devastated and felt like I had lost a huge part of me. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, I could barely function, I threw up multiple times a day because the thought of actually losing him made me sick. We work at the same place. He avoided eye contact and seemed fine whenever I saw him. I’ve always been the type to beg for him to stay. I loved him more than I ever loved anything in this world. I started watching these videos. At times they seemed to really help, but others it was hard. I went through a week of no contact and boy was it the hardest week of my life. But he came back today, telling me he couldn’t sleep, he was very unhappy, this was very hard for him. I told him he seemed fine and he wouldn’t even look at me. He said he couldn’t because when he did, he pictured me with someone else and it killed him. We talked and he asked me to give him just a little more time to be sure. I agreed. I have hope that we will sort this out soon. I believe in the saying that two people have to fall apart in order to fall back together even stronger.

ex and i broke up after a 6 year relationship. she simply gave up on us and thats perfectly fine. have been in NC for almost 3 months now. I have a feeling she is in a rebound. I will never reach out because i would have never given up on her the way she simply mailed it in without bringing what was on her mind to light and trying to be collaborative on a solution. that just tells me the level of commitment she had the whole time, we hit our first REAL rough patch and she was out. I'm open to having meaningful conversation to resolve things, our relationship otherwise was awesome and we had a ton of fun but if not, hey, enjoy it sweetheart - deuces
Herman Waibel I’m in almost the exact same situation, my bf of 6 years broke up with me almost 3months ago. He said he didnt feel the same way about me anymore...it was our first real ‘slump’ in the relationship too and he jumped ship immediately and gave up....rather than sticking around to see if we could rekindle things.We had a good relationship too...never fought, were best friends etc. He too is chasing around after another girl, pretty sure he had his eye on her for a while. Some day they will regret that they didn’t try harder;)

If he or she leaves after a long relationship, 16 years, or marriage with kids without ever discussing the issues, with nothing but blame shifting ... then no, it is not up to the person who was left to reach out. And at this point, even if the one who left reaches out, so what? There’s no going back after that.
Likewise... 6 years and a handful of months. We've been through so much (good and bad)... I'm hoping that this would be another trial.

No contact works. Thanks coach lee i got a response just 3 days into no contact shes now texting and complememting my new hair cut and sending me songs. All people are different i guess. My situation was a little diffrent tho coz we go to school together. So what i did was i never contacted her via phone .i use my phone to post me and my friends going out and having fun. in person i just smiled whenever i saw her but never talked to her. Just show them your happy even without them. Shes texted me while i was writing this comment haha. Thanks again coach lee

I haven’t seen my ex in 2 months but it’s the 20 week scan today so I have to see her so I can see my daughter
Well this isn't a huge success but I have a slight success. My ex is dating someone else and sent me a congratulatory text on finishing my condo when I posted it on Facebook after 24 days of NC and I handled it well. I just simply said thanks. I immediately went back into NC (day 13 currently after her text). Just last night a mutual friend posted live videos of my band. My ex liked all the videos and then told the friend she missed me and wondered if I even missed her. She is still in this other relationship but I have stayed strong and not reached out. The more distance I get the better I feel. Coach Lee, you are amazing, thanks for your insight.

Hi Coach Lee, your videos have helped me get through this break up of a 3 year relationship, and I have learned so much from you. Initially I didn't want to reconcile, but after taking this time out I learned that I do want this relationship. I'm currently at day 35 from the breakup/no-contact, hitting PRs at the gym, have a brand new job, and being out and about. I am hoping for reconciliation in the background, but I'm not going to wait around for them. This is what they wanted, they're getting it. It does feel like No Contact is working for me as far as healing goes, and I feel like I've been seeing clues with the curiosity stage happening.

@@FannieP as far as healing goes, I just feel "free," and they've been on my mind less and less with each day that goes by. It really helps to find some new hobbies, or occupy your time elsewhere, as there are more important things/people out there than someone who broke your heart.

In the begin ing he was so so loving ,sexual, just perfect. Slowily he started to find fault and making crude remarks about me and my body. So everytime he would talk rude to.me. I would come back and talk. about his faults. I didn't see it coming he just vanished! I took the break up pretty hard and every day's a struggle. In reality I don't want him back. No contact is a good weapon against creeps like that. It also helps you to focus on yourself. You are more important than some loser that. I shed many years over him. Since they are drying up.

Hi, Coach Lee! My wife needed space and is staying at her daughter's house. She left April 29, 2019. I had to email her a couple times in regards to our kids baseball and orthodontist schedules. It was polite and to the point. Also, may 2 we had a phone convo where she began crying. So I'm on day 2 of complete no contact.
Dude days go by so slow when in no contact. I can't wait for it to get easier

Well, my recent EX is a NARC, so that tells you that he doesn't even care. It's obvious to me that someone else or 2 or more persons are taking care of him now.
This is the second time he broke up with me....I did the no contact the first time and it took 5 days...this break up was after we had a great weekend together because we are in a long distance relationship...this time he came up with a weird excuse, to break up with me... he put it all on me saying all I want is attention!?!...I did find out that he also was talking to another woman... Uhg
unfortunately i broke the NO after 3 months. they didn’t respond so I got the closure I need to move on. I realize it had nothing to do with me they where toxic and have they own demons/healing to do. i’m focused on myself now and i know my worth. I’m ready to move on and excited on what the universe has in store for me
