Combined with people eating radiated food in Chernobyl I submit the true title of the song is Suffering.
I heard that Powapowa wrote it when he was mourning the death of one of his friends.

I'm not sure about my facts, but from what I've gathered from majority of the comments, Powapowa-P made this song after the death of one of his best friends. The song is about him trying to get over the incident, but having trouble doing so. The name Q is pronounced as "Kyu", which means Suffering in Japanese, portraying how much he suffered from the incident.
Then, he wrote "Please Give Me A Red Pen" (writing your name in red ink symbolises death) and not long after, he died. The cause of death was not released.
His last actual released song was called "Healthy End" the video wasn't done before he passed but the lyrics and song were and he had sent them off to be made into a video. The lyrics of healthy end imply that he committed suicide and had been thinking about doing so for a while.
Immediately after I finished reading this comment, my mind went to suicide. I hope he's happy now.

This song relates to me in unhealthy levels.
I never understood the last part until I was inputted into that situation. From what I believe it says, it means that "My emotions are run only by the memories I had with you". It saddens me cause it's true to me.
I think in this song, Powa-P was still fighting his depression and reminding hinself that the death of his dearest friend won't affect his life. But then Red Pen happened and we're all doomed and shit.

All theses songs made by unknow-face artists, famous or not famous, where they are saying that they want to die, to end it all, or just "Goodbye, farewell", people are usually taking them lightly. "This is just a song". Right, it is, in fact, but behind there is *someone* . A people with feelings and with a deep sadness into them. I'm sometimes telling myself that this thing, this sadness are connecting us upon the distance and the fact we are foreigners. I can't quantify the amount of comments, lyrics, texts left on unknow blog where people are screaming for help. I hate that. I can't be of any help for them.
We, pain family members, are all saying the same words : "I'm sad", "I want to die", "I don't want to be alive anymore" and we are searching for somehow something or someone who can support and help us. Feeling less alone. While filling up my phone storage from all this song talking about suicide, depression and all that stuff, i can't help but thinking that unless you get lucky and reach help and get happy, you will just suffer a little bit more each day because, us, human, we are bounded to be alone.

Siinamota's songs are just... Something else. They feel so real, with emotions they express. It's pretty rare for me to feel emotions beyond vocaloid's singing. It's the instrumentals themselves, and beautiful wording.

The hands could mean that Powapowa still remembered his dead friend and wanted to hold their hand, but with that person being not more than ash and a memory of the past, it was impossible.
