Thank you for the video! I have a driver's side airbag malfunction with the following error codes:
0094CA SZL: Resistance, firing circuit, driver's airbag, stage 1, too low
0094D5 SZL: Resistance, firing circuit, driver's airbag, stage 2, too low
Any idea what part needs to be replaced? Brushes on potentiometer look full and are in contact with the track.

Hi there, I have switched steering wheel and then I got a problem which is the returning torque from left is stronger than right. Or I should say the returning force from the right is too low. I checked all the chassis parts and redo the alignment but the problem is still there. Then I am thinking I maybe moved the clock spring a little bit when I swap the steering wheel and, now the EPS motor get a wrong position info of steering wheel due to the steering angle sensor is integrated into the clock spring in BMW. Is this theory possible? Or I am looking at the wrong place? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I was driving my 745 a few days ago and from no where the windshield wiper started by itself, the air bag light came on, the horn disabled, transmission safe light turned on, driver control and drive moderately came on. Is this a problem with szl?

It could be but you need to read the codes.
