This is a FANMADE game people. In other words, its interpretation into the story should not be considered cannon unless confirmed otherwise. However that does NOT mean this game is not worth a shot, in fact, its development is extremely promising from what I have seen.
They need to make an anime of these awesome Zero series right up to ZX. I m pretty sure which company will make it happen, they ll be filthy rich as hell.
I'd rather prefer Capcom to f*ck off and leave this one alone with the fans. They can even start KickStarter project and I will throw my $$$ at them. Capcom have no right to do anything megaman related once they abandon Megaman Legend 3 is what I feel (I know.. they still own Megaman... but I hope they don't anymore.)
Keeping my hopes up we eventually see a full 2d sprite game come out of this fan project. So much good work has already gone into it that it would be a shame not to at least have that as a capstone. =)
Okay, as much as this game looks promising, I also feel concerned. Because while ciel invented the biometals, I don't think she'd be the aggressive type. Considering her agenda is for peace between humans and reploids..... Not to mention are there 2 ciels? The concept art keeps me interestingly confused lol.

I discovered this project a few weeks ago, i searched more about this project, and There's no Updates on It sinse 2 years Ago, do you know why It suddenly stoped? And also, are you part of Project RCL too, If so, is everthing okay inside the team? I am making these questions becase i worried about what What's happening or what happend on the team sinse i noticed that sometimes, a few Fan-Projects around the World have stoped becase of problems inside the Team, and i want to know If i can help in something! And Sorry If the questions were too much personal to you, If don't to awnser, please tell me that you don't want to talk about this, The Project does not matters If the Team it'self is not okay with something!
Actually there's not team for this, I know 1 guy was making it "TsuVAsaya" (he sometimes shows updates of the game), Im not really part of the team, I was helping him cover the game to get some hype around but as you can see he kinda dropped the making it full time and is more like a hobby right now.
